The over all purchase of the glasses was great the frames are really nice, they were very helpful the only thing that was not great was that the transitions had some darker lines in the lenses but over all the experience was great, I never did contact the company to let them know so it is my fault for not contacting them about the issue

Frames mangled where they fit the nose. Prescription center is off.

I was very happy with my experience. I don't have vision in my right eye and did not know what to put for my prescription so I put the exact same as my left eye. I received a call and explained that this is what the doctors usually prescribe so that my lens do not look so different. They knew exactly what to do. Both pairs came in perfectly.

This was my first time ordering frames online and even though the frames I wanted the first time the contacted me very promptly and were able to give me options that were very similar. They came very quickly. They quality is fantastic and I get alot of compliments. The fit of the glasses is perfect! I didn't have to return or adjust anything. I did alot of researching prior to purchasing and I liked not only that they had great pricing on just blue lens glasses but they had metal frames and not just plastic. And when I was able to get a second pair that I turned into sunglasses! Bonus! I know where I am going when I need to get my new percription glasses!

I bought 2 pairs of glasses. Both required an adjustment which I feel could have been done by the company before the shipment went. Otherwise, all ok. Good quality at a reasonable price.

Service was good but frames were not the same colours as shown online.
The pictures online were much brighter, vibrant colours and the frames that I received were dull and muted in colour.
Probably won't order from ilook glasses due to this experience.

The online ordering and choosing was great, entering all the info needed went smoothly and lots of options offered. Price was good and shipping quick. But my vision is very slightly off both near and far, not perfectly sharp as should be. The other glasses I'm wearing with a 2 year old prescription I bought online are clearer vision wise. The numbers I submitted to iLookGlasses are updated and should be that much better but sadly aren't.

They took care to reach out to me to double check my prescription.

I am blown away by the high quality and speed of delivery for the 3 pairs of glasses I received.

I would never have thought of buying my glasses on line. Not being able to touch and try them on seemed weird. But I thought I'd try it once. I am so glad I did. The cost was much cheaper on line and when I received my glasses and took them out of the case they fit perfectly. I have never tried progressive lenses before and they so well I would never go back to Bifocal lenses again.

Large selection of glasses and the price is the best you will find in Canada.
