Online selection and ordering is efficient. Appreciated the clarification requested as my prescription had changed.

I was new to this type of shopping (looking for eye glasses) so I ordered one pair of sunglasses that were a bit too large. I will pay closer attention next time. The other pair I ordered fit better. Price is right an allows me to have more than one pair of glasses.

The left lens popped out of my glasses in less than 2 weeks of regular use. I think it will be able to be repaired, and the overall value is fair given the price point.

Both pairs of glasses i recieved looked great and of excellent quality. I thought I had a slight issue with the prescription in one of the pairs and the customer service I received was absolutely amazing! I would definitely shop here again!

I have been ordering glasses from ilook for years. I have never had an issue, although the website (ordering process) can be a bit tricky if you aren't aware that certain things can be deleted or unchecked, rather than being an unnecessary additional cost, such as coatings etc.

I would not or will not get my glasses anywhere besides ILook glasses. The glasses are always beautiful you have hundreds to choose from and the best part is the customer service they really do care and if you make a mistake they call you right away to fix and resolve whatever needs to be fixed or resolved
