Don't like the frames. When I'm in my recliner the frames over my ears poke in to the chair. Uncomfortable. Don't wear them watching tv which is why I got them

I have purchased glasses from Eye Buy Direct in the past but this time I was looking for a Canadian option. After reading reviews I decided to purchase my progressives. Very satisfied.

The reading glasses are good, very happy with them. The computer progressives are pretty good. Overall, the quality of the lenses is good, certainly better than another online provider that I bought from a few years ago. I would definitely buy from iLookglasses again.

Customer service is excellent. They actually phoned me and ask questions. Assisted me with the order, online, as I had to make some changes. Also Checked the information on prescription is correct, and the size of glasses ordered is what you want, cause size of frame was larger than the measurement of eye code on prescription. I ended up picking a different fame, they assisted with ensure better suited for measurement. As well, waited for me to contact my dr, to confirm a reading on my prescription.
The price for 3 prs of glasses (one progressive and two for computer work) was exceptional. Delivered within 2 weeks, I live in Ontario. The frames are very good quality. I only order plastic, cause the wire frame, when I put them on top of my head, tangle in my hair. Took me about a week to decide, so many to choose from. I thought shopping online wouldn't be true to what you get. One pair wasn't quite what I had expected, but still satisfied, just would have liked a bit more blue in the "marble" but also understand, the ones you try on virtually, are not the exact ones you get. Definitely will be ordering again. Worth checking out!

I ordered a pair of progressive eyeglasses to serve as a backup when travelling. I ordered the glasses and hoped to receive them within one week so I could take them on a holiday. Sure enough, as promised by a company representative, I received my new glasses in 6 days and I was able to use them as my primary pair while travelling. Great service. Thank you.

I ve bought a few pairs of prescription glasses and sunglasses. Some lost, some destroyed by me. I work in construction so I'm hard on the gear. Very all satisfied in quality and price.
