I hate the glasses that have the plastic tips on the end. I had multiple pieces fall off

The glasses that I ordered took the longest to arrive out of the 3 companies I tried out. Worst of all when I put them on they are blurry. I ordered 1 pair of progressives and 1 pair of single vision sun glasses. I can't see clearly from either pair. :(

I have a huge melon head. Ilookglasses has the largest selection of glasses that fit. Customer service is excellent, they double checked with me on size and prescription and always quick response to my questions.

Was hesitant to order on line but the glasses are perfect. Light, comfortable and the prescription are dead on. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Only issue was we did not get the aviator glasses that were advertised.

I had trouble know what size arms the frames I ordered so now the glasses are too large

I've worn glass for 52 years now...and STILL lose or break them (or a foster dog chews them). It is life-altering to be able to log in to my account and order new glasses, which are always in my mailbox SO quickly! Thank you, thank you! Since I discovered iLookGlasses, I think I've ordered...20 pairs? Can you even imagine how much that would cost at an optometrist?

Got my glasses after searching a lot for the perfect shape.
The fact that I could virtually try them on was a big thumbs up.
Ordered then a CR wanted to clarify my prescription, they explained what the optometrist wanted for my eyes. In two days I got my two pairs, very happy.

This is the third time I have purchased glasses from ilook and can't be any happier and will continue to buy from here going forward. Even went out of your way to call me to make sure I had put in the correct values before making my glasses as my prescription had changed which they noticed and just wanted to make sure they got it completely correct. A company going above and beyond like this is very uncommon now a days but truly was a refreshing breathe of air to see they did. I recommend to everyone I know that needs glasses. I've order numerous pairs of glasses and the last pair of readers, are still (after returning the first pair) not great...they feel off. Not as good as previous pairs

Also I had to return the 1st pair before they would send me a new pair, so it took about a month in total to get the replacement pair

The prescription is perfect but the frames are very flimsy im worried that they will fall apart quickly.
