Ease of ordering and quality of glasses was great.
Online chat was helpful. Prices & return policy minimized risk of buying sight unseen - no pun intended. If your order seems a bit out of the ordinary, they will email you to reconfirm your order and help assist in making corrections if needed. Selection seemed large but there were too many frames that looked the same or are a minor variation of the same thing. Good for basic requirements or a spare pair but if you want something on leading edge of fashion or trend then you might need to look elsewhere.
Prescription glasses on this website are so affordable that I have been purchasing new glasses every year for both myself and my wife. I apply the banked rebate dollars to each purchase for additional savings. The year round promotions are interesting and sometimes the timing comes just when I need that promotional item. The customer service for answering questions and follow up (if your prescription has changed) is timely and excellent. However, it is basically a self serve website so you need to be careful enough to ensure the frame measurements will accommodate your face. The virtual imaging used to test how frames look is not very reliable and may not suit all faces. It would be better but not perfect to post your own picture to sample frames. The delivery is by Canada Post and my last order took less than a week from the order date to arrive. The norm in the past was about 7-10 days. The downside to ordering from this website is their limited selection of frames. Before, someone says there are dozens and dozens of frames available, let me say that the styles seem to be limited and repeated several times over with nothing avante garde or even noticeably close to to being in the popular designer category. That being said, most of us like what we are comfortable with and keep ordering similar styles. I have recommended this website to many friends but they are still wary of ordering glasses online. I had the same initial concerns but the low purchase cost and free exchange policy made it virtually risk free. I've only return my glasses once (because I wanted a different colour) and had no problems at all.
When glasses were not as specified, proper glasses were made to my satisfaction. However I would like receipt for insurance purposes. Thank you.
Awesome. Hundreds of dollars saved from box store.my glasses are awesome. Communication with the company was excellent...shipping was fast...way better than the shops in Ontario...only buy our glasses from here...
I have a strange prescription, and they even called me to confirm that the numbers I gave them were correct!

I've purchased glasses online from iLookGlasses for a number of years now. Twice I had problems with glasses and both times the problems were resolved. I will continue to purchase glasses as a result.
I know each time you buy a different pair of progressive lenses it takes time to get used to them. I've had mine for a few months now and I just can't get used to them.there seems to be a short travel or movement of my head between what I can see far away and what I can see close up. I just move my head slightly and I'm from one to the other the transition is not as smooth as my last pair I'm working on getting used to it but I don't think I'm going to be able to get comfortable with them. I will connect with customer service and see if they can give me some ideas maybe I'm doing something wrong.

I ordered glasses twice within few years apart, both times I had great experience. Once my glass broke within few days, they sent me a replacement without any hassle. I interacted with an agent over the phone, she was friendly.
Bought many glasses from site and been happy until I needed to send a pair back. Been over 6 weeks since returned pair and emails to customer service go unanswered.

Answer: We do not direct bill any insurance company, but you would want to pay for your order online first and ask us for a copy of your invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for a reimbursement.

Answer: We offer a lens replacement service for frames that were purchased from us before. If not, unfortunately we do not work for them, for on the rare occasion that eyeglasses are damaged during production, we are not able to replace them.
Answer: Yes, our glasses always come with a hard case and a cleaning cloth.
