If the iLook team has a question about my prescription or PD measurement, they send a clarification email immediately. Similarly, should I need clarification, the team responds quickly.
My glasses were somewhat disappointing this time. Smaller frame and the arms were bowed-out at the temples. However, I will be more careful with my measurements, with my next purchase.

I have never bought glasses from ILook or any other online place. A friend suggested it. I live in a small town so shopping for glasses is very limited and expensive. So I took a chance and gave ILook a try. LOVE LOVE my glasses. LOVE LOVE the prices. Completely satisfied. Can't believe how easy it was and how well they fit? Also wasn't expecting the lovely case and cloth for free. Thanks ILook.

I was disappointed in the colour of my glasses once they came as they were not the colour I thought I was getting according to the picture. I was happy with the delivery time and the fact that you can try on the glasses on your virtual photo.

Repeat customer here, as expected good experience with product quality and order fulfillment. That said the web site is a bit of a pain, I found myself having to enter my updated prescription several times as I decided on which frame to go with. The site should allow me to enter/update my profile prescription and simply attach it to the selected frame during the ordering process (perhaps there is a way to do so but wasn't obvious to me). Also there should be a way to indicate if prescription has already been adjusted by the doctor for computer reading glasses, my prescription was and I wasn't sure if selecting 'computer reading glasses' would lead your lab to adjust the lenses even further.

Found same quality for a lower price and faster delivery elsewhere.

Made an error on providing prescription info. And Ilook glasses advised right away. Received glasses within a week. Screw was missing from nose piece and company responded immediately with a repair kit.

Made mistake in dealing with them they sent me 2 pairs of sunglasses which is what I really did not need

Had to type in my card info 4 times. Chat with Mechell and refreshed twice and it kept changing card from M/C to Visa. Forth time was the charm but a very frustrating experience. Other than the soft ware issue with the credit card the experience was acceptable for an old man with limited on line experience.
