I really appreciate the customer service I received from iLook. I was contacted to confirm my prescription as well as the styles I had chosen as there was a question about one of the pair of glasses I'd chosen. It turns out, it would have been a little small for me, so other options were offered. Once I chose a different pair of glasses, my order was processed. I received my glasses the same week I ordered them. Super happy with the help and speed of service!

I like the two pairs of glasses I chose. I need a bit of an adjustment period for them as my prescription changed and the axis is different than I am used to. However, I am pleased with both pairs.

Their customer service is unmatched when needed(such as entering the wrong prescription accidentally). They are so helpful, the prices can't be beat already but they always have some kind of great sale going. My only criticism would be certain frames sell out very quickly - my coworker wanted the same ones as I got a day after and the colour I got were totally gone. They seriously are the best though!

It was very good. Much less complicated than expected. Shipping was a tad longer than expected but was happy when they arrived.

Great experience….it did take quite awhile to get the glasses, but after I called they arrived pronto.

I placed an order for glasses. Shortly after I received a call from a customer service representative wanting to confirm that my prescription changed from the last time and to confirm size of Frame. Based on previous orders, the frames I tried to buy were not going to fit, they recognized this and provided me with similar options but that would fit!
I then had a great experience exchanging one pair, not dur to quality, but simply did not look great.

The online ordering and delivery is easy to follow with a great selection of eye glasses. If you have any questions you will get your answer promptly. Great customer care. Glasses are delivered right to your mailbox. Personally, I loved the glasses I ordered and the prescription was precise.

Great price, quality and service. I use to get my glasses from Costco but these are much better.

I bought the 'computer' progressives.
Ordering process was fine. They shipped and were received in a reasonable timeframe.
But I'm disappointed with the glasses.
Sitting at a normal distance from my computer monitor occasionally requires moving my head ever so slightly from time to time.
If I don't move my head the image is fine. But when I do move my head slightly the screen distorts into a slight parallelogram shape.
Also text is only crisp and clear if you keep your eyes perfectly centered in the lenses. If you move your eyes to the right or left without moving your head text and images become slightly blurry.

And I'm not talking about significant movements of my eyes or my head. I'm talking very slight movements.
I know they offer an upgrade on the lenses for better peripherals but why should I have to pay extra to get lenses that allow me to see properly out of more than just one square centimeter in the dead center of the lens. I paid for the whole lens, I should be able to see properly out of the whole lens. Or at least more than the tiniest little area in the middle.

Glasses are somewhat cheap in quality, but are also cheap in price. Comes with a hard case which I did not expect for the price. Nice shopping experience and they are helpful if you have any questions. Also the glasses came in the mail fairly quick. Good job. Will order from here again.
