The website is easy, the "try on" function is a snap to use and ordering was smooth. An agent emailed me before confirming my order to check that I had ordered the correct glasses… in otherwise they gently tried to help me out of making a mistake with the dimensions. Which I appreciated.
They made alternate suggestions which I followed, and my glasses arrived within DAYS. Literally 2 days from confirming the order. I bought 2 pairs on their BOGO promo, and they both arrived with their own hard case. The other online sites I've ordered from take weeks to deliver, ship in from the US, and do not provide a hard case. I'm sold on iLookGlasses. Definitely! And they're CANADIAN!

Ordered from two other sites and this is the best. Personalized phone call to confirm order and yes an actual human was on the phone. The price and discounts can't be beat anywhere else for online ordering.

Now the best part is that the lenses are ground accurately and without any flaws.
My vision is now comfortable without any eye strain or headaches.

Sending all my friends here and educating them on saving money. Bought my first pair of glasses here in 2018 and they lasted till 2023. Still have them as a spare pair in my glove box.

Generally pleased. Virtual mirror image could be larger. Colour of frames not always correct or visible. Larger, higher resolution images of the glasses would be helpful.

Very fast and affordable, it's my first time wearing glass so I am not able to compare quality but what a great deal and the frames are great.

Good customer service. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that they didn't have what I wanted in stock. I had to choose three time because my second choice was also out of stock. No big deal, I'm still satisfied with the end result.

I loved the customer service...though there is Distance. Thank you for sending emails to double check things. First time progressives and am getting used to them and hasn't taken that long. I thought that they sat a bit high but finding that they allow my eyes to adjust. Thank you.

It's so easy, pick the style, size and materials of glasses you like and use the "try on" feature.
You can screenshot the ones you like, and look them over to choose the ones you like best.
If you've ordered from them before they will email you to make sure your prescription is right if it has changed from your last order, also if you have changed the size of glasses.
They are very thorough to make sure you are choosing the right glasses.
Delivery is also very quick.

I couldn't be any happier with my new glasses. I bought progressives and computer glasses and I am more than satisfied. The fit, the quality, everything about them is great. I will definitely be ordering again in the future
