This was a horrible experience with photos from monster mash that took too long to satisfy requirements and too long to process. Too much info needed for no good reason. Unclear directions. No advance warning that you need computer and smart phone. Highly intrusive. A bank or store does not require this much alleged verification.
This site took my ssn, my driver's license front and an actual video of me to access its site. When I finally connected to the site I was unable to access my 1040. DO NOT USE! They will have all your information and I don't believe for one second it's secure!

My experience is very terrible so many passwords emails go back and do is go back and change this password oh the capital letter and a star and sign of it just so much. It's like a day gonna try to hit the lottery in the middle of the desert it's highly impossible to work with this ID crap senior picture here do a video there they might as well go take fingerprints and DNA samples. It is very unusual that they got you. Gotta talk to a live agent who don't care I don't know why they got them up there or her they don't care they just like oh hey how you doing? OK you clear then they're gone no sense of humor. No nothing I don't know who pay y'all or the people who pay the people to do this with these I can see firewalls and all that protection but ridiculous. It's like having a bank account with two $3 million in there and you can't even get in it.

The system has an inaccurate phone number for me (it is missing a digit) and there seems to be no one who can correct that. Thus, I cannot use the system.

I needed to create an account with the IRS and ID.me made the process of creating the means to sign in securely very easy and intuitive. The whole setup took 4-5 minutes and now I have a secure method to interface with several government websites.
I had to get information to complete my taxes for last year. Had no problems filling in any information was missing. Easy and fast.
H&R Block made error entering Bank Account number. Return was delayed, finally went on line with some trouble to update Bank information.
I already filed my taxes through Chime and then the IRS maybe get ID account and file taxes on the IRS page and I still haven't received my taxes or anything so I don't know how to feel right now at this
