It took me hours to set this up. The explanations were poorly worded and contradictory. Taking the selfie was extremely difficult and required multiple tries. I was told to take off my glasses for the selfie, but then couldn't read the instructions! The selfie made me look like an anime monster, was not a true likeness of me; was this supposed to be normal? I had to shuttle between 2 devices— my iPad and my iPhone—to complete the process! The whole experience should be streamlined! And it was never made clear why we should be doing this instead of sticking with EFTPS!

This lack of guidance creates unnecessary barriers for users who may need extra support.
I also encountered technical issues during the process. The QR code provided does not function on my phone, and when attempting to use the PC option, the process begins but then abruptly stops and redirects to another screen without explanation. This makes it difficult to complete the task and adds to the overall confusion.
Furthermore, there is no visible AI assistance, help desk, or phone number available to contact for support or to verify the legitimacy of the service. This absence of support channels is especially concerning when users may need reassurance or troubleshooting help.
Overall, the experience has been frustrating and discouraging. I strongly encourage you to improve the platform by enhancing usability, ensuring consistent functionality, providing clear security assurances, and offering accessible customer support options.

I didn't care for it because it took too long. You got to verify yourself too many times. Try to remember numbers and put back in. It just sucked
Contacting a human is pretty much nonexistence. Good luck if AI can't handle an issue you're having.

This site does not always accept your entry and doe not give clear instructions at start.
Horrible experience. Waited hours for a human on multiple days (5) for help resetting a password only to be disconnected and never helped. I received an email saying someone would reach out to help with the problem and they never did. My problem was not one that fit into the chat bots repertoire.
Took over 2 hours after it was advertised as 15 min. If you don't have a smartphone you are in trouble. Very difficult to use and I wasted my evening.
Ez to use and set up. Glad i had a human verify me.
As for the information they'll be holding on to. It will be a matter of time until another data breach reveals my information. Because they'll somehow not learn to encrypt/ anonymize the data at the very least.
Don't even bother unless you have several hours to devote to a frustrating process. It took 3 of us to finally get this done.

Had to complete 2 ID verifications. The first went well online. The second had to be done with a face to face call. The timer showed 55 minutes which kept changing to less then more time.
8 hours later the face time call lasting 6 minutes was complete.
What a horror!
Pretains mostly to the Video Selfie and access requirements. Even though device is modern and the settings are correct, refuses to complete video selfie portions. Redundant unnecessary function as biometrics and codes and emails already used.
