I did have an account for the past couple of years and lately I tried getting in and the system wouldn't allow me after several tries, I had to delete my account and wait 24 hours to open a new one, 2 nd time around was much simpler

I highly wouldn't recommend this website unless it's like your last resort you can print it out for unemployment and just file it by hand lately. Had provided a secondary email in 2024 when I knew I was wrapping up with an employer at the time and had used company email to establish the ID.me account. However, when providing the uploaded documents and selfie, it required me to log in to that email which I know longer had access to and did not remember the PW to. This blocked me from DIY-ing this login and setup procedure. I should have been able to merge, terminate, or rectify the accounts without an agent or rep to intervene. OR, don't suggest that I could with all the generic chatbot solutions that were not applicable.
