Unbelievable the many days and hours spent on trying to set up an account. Finally, I made an appointment at the Minneapolis VA. They have 2 very qualified ladies, and it took them over 2 hours to get it done. If the Government wants all these programs, why is it so hard to sign up? ALSO why is it that you state one can go to any post office and get the help you need. This is a FALSE statement and you know it.

All great except it is seemingly impossible to reach a real person for help in filling out the application. I tried all of the phone numbers and they all had an automated voice.

I got an ID.me account back when the US SSI required ID.me. This whole thing is just as invasive and untrustworthy as it ever was.

Aggravating took me a day and a 1 to get through it. All waiting on phone calls.That never came having an hour.And a half, wait or an hour and forty five minutes wait for someone to answer the phone

Worse sign on app I ever seen. This seemed to be the work of a computer security tech who thought he wrote a great program. There should have been a development team that included everyday people who are not computer techs. Appears to have been created by some egotistical bastard trying to impress his boss.

Worked fairly well, if you are a senior citizen and not good with Smartphones or computers you may want to have someone sitting next to you that can help

Have used this to verify various governmental sites, works well and secures your information so others can't use your identity for their own purposes.

ID me performed exceptionally well and getting me verified so that I may be able to enter my healthy vet account which I was not able to enter for quite a while due to problems with verification

Obtaining "simple" information wasted a good deal of time. Setting up login with verification a real pain to accomplish. Website kept crashing and timing out.

The process to set up the account is somewhat annoying because there is too much redundency. Even with the account set up, I was not able to set up an account with social security as they could not verify the information received from Id.me

Account locked keep saying you're gonna send me a code via email. I've requested one at least 10 times and never got anything. It's bull crap

Couldn't upload my Driver's License. Errors. Try again later—for MORE than a few days.
All sorts of instructions on WHAT to do, but NOWHERE / LINK on WHERE to do it.
I was persistent for over a week. Not many people will be.
I expect your whole ID.me program will fail because of this.

Terrible! It was the least user-friendly service I have tried to use in a long time. Very difficult to get the service they REQUIRED of me, without asking my permission. Also very little support or way of resolving repeated issues which prevented me from activating the account.
