The room was very spare, but clean. There was a chokingly strong air freshener somewhere that made the room smell heavily of chemical/floral "fragrance".
There was only a full bed and it was supposed to be a queen, but we're too tired to argue and just wanted to sleep.
The staff were all very, very nice. With the exception of the young Indian gentleman asking about the tv… we will have another story to add to our tales
Excellent hotel with friendly staff, great location and amenities
I made reservations on Friday, with free cancellation till Sunday. We were traveling, so, when I realized we were not gonna be in that area, on the same day I made reservations, I started calling to cancel. NEVER got anyone on the phone. Called several times till 8 pm Saturday night. Finally emailed them and they said was too late to cancel, which, according to the cancellation policy, it was not. NEVER got a "live agent", just recordings, with no option to cancel, or email. First and only time to use them. We paying for a room we never used. They are horrible! Oh, they said I could get a letter from the hotel saying we didn't stay and maybe that would work, however, there was no phone number on their website to call them. Still trying to email hotel to see if can get letter to forward to them.no luck yet...DO NOT RECOMMEND

The advertised that the hotel had a jacuzzi and the hotel doesn't have jacuzzi at all.
I was skeptical at first because the website showed prices a lot cheaper than other sites, but it proved to be accurate and simple. I think it would be better if the charges were not in USD (this was a hotel in Canada and I live in Canada) to avoid exchange rate fees, but otherwise a simple and cost effective way to find hotels.
I had a great experience booking with this website. It was cheaper than the hotels website and they refused to lower so it made my choose easier to go with hotelwiz
My children and I had the worst night at this hotel. I had to call the front desk at 2:00am to complain what sounded like an orgy happening in the room next to us and the next morning when we woke up there was blood on the wall and floor opposite our room. My kids were terrified! It was the worst hotel experience, I've ever had.
Saved $20 over booking on other sites. Check in and stay was a breeze!

I booked it and when I got there they told me that they were overbooked and squeezed us in a tiny room. They had no clean blankets or towels and the place wasn't even cleaned up good. There was black stuff and hair in the bed. Something that resembled pet food was all over the floor. Someone else's was in the toilet.
I called customer service to try and fix the issuse with my booking because the hotel couldn't find my booking and I called customer service 8 times and each time they would answer and not say anything and hung up
Booking was easy and more affordable then all other options for the night we were looking at. Only issue was there is no option to include that we needed a pet friendly room, so I had to contact the hotel myself and let them know.
