On May 19, I booked a hotel room through you for which I paid 569.38 euros. The same day I canceled this reservation and you only refunded me 4 days later the sum of 564.71 euros. Where did the difference go? Ok it's 4.67 euros but if you do that to all the customers, you must be rich! And it's not normal since you write "free cancellation"

I don't like do these things and kind of up set I'm being forced to do this
I was excited that I got the price I wanted but the room I received was not what I had expected. I felt I was just put into a room that was not often used because of it's handicapped features. There was a portable seat for the shower and the shower head was not a not regular shower but detachable and not the easiest to use. Not sure if this was the hotel's decision or if Hotelwiz features handicapped rooms.
I arrived at the hotel to find that my credit card payment had not gone through. I didn't receive notifications rom HotelWiz. I called HotelWiz and waited online for at least 15 minutes to be told that someone would call me back in 15-20 minutes. Close to an hour later and no luck getting in touch with anyone at HotelWiz again, I booked a room directly at the hotel. This was well after 10 p.m. I never received a call from HotelWiz regarding my reservation and I received an email from the hotel cancelling my reservation. Within a few days, the change for the hotel room from HotelWiz showed up on my credit card - how could it go through suddenly when it didn't go through in the first place? I am waiting a few days before calling to see if the charge is reversed.
I called you guys spoke to a very rude agent that wouldn't let me talk to ask if my reservation was able to be cancelled he said yes...but as he tried to cancel it did not go thru so I was stuck with it and I was fine with that. I get to the hotel and my reservation is CANCELED. Luckily my son still had his or I would have taken a 4 hour drive for nothing. I call and speak to the same RUDE agent that continues to think he's correct about everything and won't let me talk plus I can't understand A WORD he's saying(FOREIGN AGENT) and told him what happen that I wasn't the one that canceled but he refused to listen or believe me until I told him what I previously mentioned and that he was the one I spoke to originally...at that moment he put me on hold and came back saying I would get a full refund...WHERE IS MY REFUND!?⁰2÷

Upon arrival everything seemed great. Wasn't a lot of strange activity around the hotel, which is what I was concerned with the most, and was greeted by friendly staff. The room was nice and taken care of. Wish there was cable because I couldn't even watch the game. Then the toilet issue happened. I walked in and it had toilet paper in it, I didn't think much of it and when I flushed to flush the paper down it started to rise and over flow. I called the front desk and told them what was going on but and they said they'd be there asap. Well, took about 20 minutes. I had to use my towel to clean mess. When the front desk guy arrived he tried to fix the toilet for about another 20 minutes and seemed to fix it but barely. Toilet flushed really slow and didn't flush right so stuff just sat there. Pretty gross. Then when I went to shower the tub just started to fill. Which really sucked because now I'm showering in a puddle. Very dissatisfied. Wasn't offered another room and I was way to tired to ask and move my stuff. No free breakfast. Nothing that the "regular" hotels offer...Pretty disappointed.
Charged $247 by hotel wiz and $210 by the hotel. Will never use again.
Was not able to check in due to their policy of not renting rooms to people living in the same city. I have not been refunded as of 5/22. Customer service with hotelwiz and the hotel have just been blaming each other
