We arrived and got intro he room and there were stains all over the carpet and duct tape in the door way on the carpets. The tub was filthy. We left for the day and returned to no clean towels or clean room. We complained and all they said was they would be putting a notice in the rooms about housekeeping. When I asked for a receipt she gave me one but when I got home the receipt was another name Terrible!
I made a booking and made an error with the dates. I called right away; waited for 2 hours no one picked up the call. I called back again later that day, an extremely rude individual without even hearing my situation told me she can't me. Warning: stay away from HotelWiz's website for its bad business practice! First of all, how many people would see that their cancellation policy is based on Beijing's time, regardless of your destination? Secondly, they charge immediately, even if your booking is refundable and many months prior to your arrival at the hotel. I questioned this practice and received the following reply from their Customer Service: ",,, we can see that you choose a pre-paid reservation where the amount is charged immediately after the booking is made." This response is a complete fabrication, for which I challenged this company by sending it the following email 4 days ago: "No, I didn't choose a pre-paid reservation, what I chose was to book now. Booking now does not mean paying immediately. There was no option available for selecting to pay now or to pay later." Naturally, no reply because they have nothing to say in their defense.

A premium room was booked and paid for in April. In June we got an email telling us that the premium room was not available and that we had been downgraded - same price, crappy room. A 15 minute long distance phone call to try to correct the situation proved to be pointless. They blamed the problem on the supplier. They actually told me I should have called the hotel and booked directly with them. Wow. Just wow.
We reserved with Best Western which changed their name to The Inn and it is owned by Marriott. Drove around looking for BW and after stopping to ask a local business learned of the name change.

Fraudulent site. I was charged and hotel never received the booking. Wound up having to make another reservation with the hotel itself. I called multiple times and was told to wait 20 minutes and nothing.
It was easy to deal with hotelwiz on line. My rate was $132 through you, however at the hotel they charged my card $115. I'm guessing it is because I'm a member. I hope Hotelwiz didn't charge my card too.
