Very good pricing compared to other sites including hotel.com.

When we arrived at the hotel they didn't have our reservation - quite unnerving in a foreign country, after driving for 4 hours and exhausted. They told us they didn't have any rooms left. They eventually found a place for us, but it did not have the Eiffel Tower view, as was advertised on your site in both writing and picture. They said the site should not have advertised as such. I booked this room specifically for this once-in-a-lifetime view, and instead was looking at a building.

The price excited me. After I paid and call hotel to confirm. But the hotel said they haven't see my reservation， and there are so many reviews like this is a company sell fake hotel reservation.
But the point is when I arrived the hotel，they have my reservation， and I checked in.

My experience was very easy and pleasant to complete.

Other sites have it when you book 3 nights you get a night free why don't we get a another night free

Hotel was made it fast and easy to accomplish my needs of finding the right hotel room at the absolute cheapest rate possible and literally less than 2 minutes I was able to book my room and had my confirmation number in the blink of an eye!
