I would like to know why you charged my credit card in full for my stay, I have not stayed their ye, I have reviewed your web page it does not say that payment is in full prior to stay, I am sure you will ensure we have a upgrade

Found the Cancellation message odd and will trust the 2-day advance notice for cancelation indicated in the 'info bubble'. Note the August reference for my December booking, "

Had no issues per say, overall, quite good. Got an email confirming my booking shortly. Appreciate the cancellation policy of no charge until the last day

Original ad featured low price and no cancellation fee. Confirmation added extra fees to make final cost not competitive and warned of possible cancellation penalties. Also, not clear we were dealing with 3rd party.

I didnt understand what recovery tax s and why the hell im paying it as i am not using the airport or a taxi etc I asked and they couldnt explain it either. I asked if it was vat but told no its recovery. None the wiser i booked as needed to know i had somwhere booked as it not long until we come
