I booked a room hoping I can join friends in a few weeks but saw nothing during the booking process to alert me to the nonrefundable policy. Really regretting my booking through this company. It will never happen again.
Easy to find on computer Wanted somewhere to stay close to airport
No place to indicate that we have a dog. We know there will be an additional fee. Would have liked to have payed for it when making the reservation.

Booking was smooth. Easy to navigate. Didn't see there was a parking fee until I got confirmation though.
I believed that I was booking through the hotel... no where was Expedia mentioned and the hotel name was the url BUT with dashes between words. Fooled me damn it and I am usually pretty good at catching those things. When I wanted to change the reservation the nightmare began; I finally gave iup after being on hold and transferred multiple times.
No problem making my reservation. Super easy. Googled the hotel and chose HotelOne to reserve the nights and room I wanted with no fuss.

It was easy to make the reservation. I found the cancellation date information confusing. Is it really impossible to cancel with refund after a date in June?

I didn't realize I was booking with a separate company and not the hotel itself …. I booked with the advertised price in mind, I think it was $135 per night …. My confirmation says I am paying $199 per night! I am not happy about the price and to be honest I am looking to reserve at another hotel that is more affordable
