Dear Julie L.,

Thank you for your review. We are unable to verify your booking because we did not receive an itinerary number with your review. Upon inspection we see one booking that may correspond to your review at the Pullman Auckland Airport. This booking was confirmed by the hotel (confirmation ID A8U9ZLM0528). We see that the booking is cancelled because the traveller initiated a chargeback with the creditcard company.

Best regards,
HotelsOne

I mistakenly thought I was booking through the official hotel website, only to find out after payment that I had been routed through HotelsOne.com. This is incredibly misleading, the website mimics the appearance and booking flow of legitimate hotel sites, including confirmation emails that look nearly identical to those of major brands. It's a shady and deceptive practice that borders on fraud. Customer service? Absolutely useless. The phone number listed on the website either leads nowhere or to agents who explicitly claim they are not affiliated with HotelsOne.com. I almost couldn't check into my hotel because the reservation was not properly transmitted. I had to rely on the hotel's front desk staff to save the situation, thank goodness they were helpful, because HotelsOne was nowhere to be found. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I am filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office as well as with Google for allowing their search engine to prioritize and mislead users to this scam-like site. This isn't just a bad experience this is consumer deception, and it needs to be addressed. Avoid at all costs.

I was trying to book at room at a Hampton Inn in New Orleans. My Google search pulled up HotelsOne first and I clicked without looking. The room was more expensive, was not the exact Hamton I wanted and best of all, when I booked it informed me that I could cancel but there was no refund. DO NOT USE HOTELSONE. They are a rip off.

We went on a cruise of the Norwegian Coast. We booked our room near SeaTac for our return.
The flight with Sweden Air was late and we missed our connection to Seattle. We could not make it to the hotel in SeaTac we had booked thru HotelsOne. We called the hotel to tell them we couldn't make it. They said there was nothing they could do because we booked with HotelsOne. HotelsOne refused our refund.
I highly recommend not to book with HotelsOne. Once they have your money, you cannot get a refund no matter what the circumstances are.

Hijacked by HotelsOne!
September 22, 2024

I made a reservation through the Nugget Hotel website for a one night stay. When I received a confirmation through email, it was from HotelsOne! My reservation was highjacked by HotelsOne! I am not sure how it was done, but I had no intention of booking a reservation through HotelsOne after a very bad experience in the past. I paid $36 a night more than any other site on the internet. How can this company continue to remain in business? Where are the internet cops? Do not use HotelsOne!

This company is a criminal organization
September 18, 2024

Never booked through hotelone.com these scoundrels will trick you into booking a non-refundable hotel room with zero warning.
Once you book, they bill you the full amount automatically and then it's almost impossible to get your credit card company to even reverse the charge.
I had a booking a month in advance on a trip I had to cancel a month in advance & the hotel refused a refund as well!

We called the hotel to change our reservation they had no problem with it but couldn't change on their end because we booked through hotline.com. We called them and they refused to change it. Even tried to blame the hotel. He called the hotel and hung up on the lady we talked to. Never use, such a rip OFF.

This Agent impersonates Hotel websites
May 18, 2024

Beware. Beware. Beware.
This booking agent hides its name in small print above a big logo of the actual hotel you think you are booking with and even emails you with the prominent use of name of the hotel you think are booking - but with their site address in brackets thereafter. You THINK you've been booking directly with the hotel concerned but you haven't. You only find out after that a) you haven't booked the hotel directly AND b) you have been charged 100% of the cost WITH NO CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED AND NO REFUND.
Beware. Beware. Beware.

Bad choice
May 18, 2024

Never use Hotelsone.com! I thought I was booking directly with the hotel but after I got the confirmation realized it was through Hotelsone. Not only would they not make any changes after calling back immediately I now find a $800 charge on my credit card from them and all they say is call my bank! They have no ability to look up charges. This is the worst company I have dealt with and I book thousands of dollar a year for travel. All Customer Service is offshore and only go off a script so you will get nowhere if it's not straight forward.

Never book through them
February 20, 2024

Never book through them. When I booked, the web site made it seem like I was booking directly with the hotel. They charged me $838.44 but the hotel was only paid $605.74. It looks like they took my reservation and then made the actual reservation via Expedia and pocketed the difference. I never would have known if the hotel staff hadn't said my reservation was actually made through Expedia and I asked for a receipt which showed they were paid far less than I had paid.

: I have been on the phone with Hotelsone as somehow I saw this morning my reservation is showing tomorrow, Jan 20 and 21st. I know I put in July 20 and 21st. They (Hotelsone / Rep: Jenn) had me on hold while she called. I had called earlier to your reservations and spoke to Victor. He said changes had to be made through Hotelsone. She said when she called your hotel directly to try to change the date that the lady she spoke to said July 20 and 21s had a block for an event on for all rooms. I was booking for the Triathlon. She told me the lady she spoke to at your hotel was calling me directly, still awaiting that call. Hope there is some sort of option for July 20 and 21st as Hotelsone is the worst company I have dealt with and I don't want to be out $332.72 but Hotelsone is saying there is nothing they can do, nor refund! I've traveled over 35 years about each week on business, in the U.S. and overseas being around 70% each week. Very worst experience I have ever experienced!

Made a reservation by mistake (wanted 1/12 and put in 1/13) and they would not modify it. I noticed immediately it was incorrect and called them. They said it was not changeable and non-refundable. I then call the hotel the reservation was for the Kimpton in Phx and explained the situation to them and they were no help even though they had availability for the day needed. They said you have to deal with the third party HotelsOne. I was a day off on the date. HotelsOne explained for a fee they would change it and I asked what that fee was and it was the same as the reservation 325 buck, so basically no help. In summary I would never use Hotelsone to book any reservations. Horrible customer service!

Used it a few times when i was looking for some alternatives other than the more known ones, and this one worked perfectly. The thing that caught my eye the first time i ever logged on the site was their extensive language and currency preferencers, they are pretty easy to set and the website interface is a little bit old-school which like. You don't really want flashy animations and shiny illustrations, you just want to book your hotel, get your confirmation, check some info about the hotel and get on with it. This site is particularly cool for that, prices are competitive and the website often provides pretty good deals and discounts as well. So, simple and east, streamlined, supportive, competitive, it has all the good ingredients to be a really good alternative.

I thought I was booking with the hotel its self, but it was hotel one. The hotel allows refunds 24 hours prior to arrival, hotel one does not allow ANY refunds for cancelation. Hotel One is a rip off! Beware, always make sure you are booking direct with the hotel site and not these no refund jerks. There is no way to contact them.
