Received a confusing email with multiple options funneling mw into leaving this review on the premise that if I don't respond my booking which they've taken payment for will be cancelled.

Fine... as long as you don't send me any more emails that I have to spend time filling out and submitting.

Not bad, but I would have liked a bit more information about the room I was getting and I would have wanted the confirmation to have confirmed that the charge included breakfast - which the booking page had said was included in the price.
Also, I wanted to pay by American Express, but the booking page insisted on a three number security code, Amex has 4, so I had to use another card.

The booking experience was an easy process without any problems.

I requested early check in as the wedding starts at 2pm but there is no indication of how I will be notified if that is granted- and how early..

All good I stayed at this hotel previously good location for my business meeting

Only issue: I tried to book three rooms for my reservation and the site wouldn't allow me. I called customer service and they couldn't do either. They told me the rooms were not available even though a site reflected availability. I eventually figured it out and was able to do one at a time

Central to Brisbane CBD and River precinct.

Was just fine until I had to specifically write out this review to confirm my reservation

- Chambre spacieuse, mais très sombre
- mal insonorisée / extérieur
- literie bruyante (très désagréable) et "défoncée"
- situation éloignée de la vieille ville: seul avantage: le bus 747 en provenance de l'aéroport s'arrête juste devant.
- personnel aimable, sans plus, très intéressé pour "placer" locations et visites au prix fort...
- mauvais rapport qualité/prix, statut 4* surfait
- mauvais restaurant, Pt Déj idem.
- dernier point, on a dû faire le lit nous même car les femmes de ménage ne faisait rien ds la chambre!

Very Easy to book.
Great rate.
We would use Hotel One again
