As expected for a hotel booking confirmation. A little disappointed when I realized I was booking through a 3rd party site as it looked like hotel website.

While the rooms are nothing over the top. They are comfortable and serve the purpose.
The staff are the boom. There is no request to hard or imposing for them. Their friendly and so helpful.
The meals from the bistro are tops and the fact that they will bring them to your room.
Would recommend to anyone.
And the price for the room is reasonable.

Site was straightforward and easy to use, confirmation came through almost immediately, although went into spam folder so please check that if waiting on your confirmation.

Good, although confirmation email was a little confusing.

Using HotelsOne was very easy. I was able to find an affordable place to stay on short notice on a very busy weekend.

Very Easy! But the review process requiring 50 characters is unreasonable.
