Great shopping experience. I purchased bulbs during the Labor Day Sale, and I'm very happy with the price and quality of these bulbs. Shipping was fast. I found Headlight Experts on YouTube while researching LED headlight bulbs.
Had the headlights before my truck even arrived and installed them the day I got the truck. Install was easy plug and play and so far they have worked flawlessly. Hopefully they hold up for a long time but for now it was a great investment.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I can't believe these people are so anti-customer service. I don't know how they're still in business.
I ordered bulbs for them for my vehicle, according to what their website said, my vehicle uses, and their website ended up giving me false information. The bulbs did not fit my vehicle.! When I asked if I can get a refund I was told I would be able to as long as I ship them back. I ended up shipping them back and then they try to tell me it was an exchange., then, after going back-and-forth with them again via email they sent me a memo, stating that I would be getting a credit for almost half of what I actually paid even after I paid $10 to ship the item back to them!
This is just to say the very least!
Don't even think about it. MOVE ON. There are plenty of places to get headlights from. The worst customer service... EVER. When having a conversation and your vendor hangs up on you... MOVE ON
Rude customer service when contacting them. I mean RUDE! INSULTING.
They do NOT ship when they say they did... and you will wait for weeks! Meanwhile the post office is "awaiting the package".

Trust the reviews of this company on this site and stay away from these low life's. These guys are nothing but POS's. I have a 300ZX that I wanted to replace the fog lights on. I was hoping to find an LED replacement and these morons claimed to have a direct fit replacement. But what I saw on their website made me a bit skeptical, the bulb they showed seemed to big. So with nothing in their picture to scale them against and no dimensions listed, I emailed them first and asked them directly if they knew for a fact these would fit. I received a two word response, "Yes, guaranteed." So based on that I ordered them, along with a set of high beams, they were "on sale." Well sure enough, what they guaranteed to fit didn't even come close, as you can see in the pictures below. So I sent another email with a picture showing exactly what the problem was and requested a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label. Their response was, I was welcome to return the bulbs but they do not pay for return shipping. So, I pointed out they guaranteed these bulbs fit, I have proven they don't fit, so they, not me, are responsible for the return shipping costs. Their response? "These do fit. If you wish to return, you can do so with the RMA in our previous email. We do not provide return labels."
I'll spare you the back and forth but that's when I went ballistic on them, sending them another email with pictures showing the measurements and how there is no way these bulbs fit. That's also when I informed them, now, I will also be returning the high beam bulbs also, as I want nothing to do with them.
You see, somehow they think their refusal to admit being wrong means they don't have to pay the return shipping. To get my money back asap I went ahead and shipped both the fog lights and the high beams together. And now that I have received my refund, minus 20% "restocking fee" on the high beams, I'm filling a complaint with PayPal about the return label issue. Save yourself a lot of frustration, DO NOT deal with these scammers trying to pass themselves off as "Experts."
Recieved with no instructions or troubleshooting guide. Installed in equinox. Had to disasseble whole front end. Drill out covers. Bulbs too long. Had everything hooked up. Turn on switch. No lights. Only one high beam. Removed and replaced with sylvania bulbs. Everything works fine. These people are ripoffs. Specially for over $100 bucks for nothing. Better off using my 3000 lumen flashlight as a headlight! Junk 100% junk. Experts haa. Bunch of fake wannabe, s.
Avoid these people at all costs! I bought Four sets of headlights. Two separate orders. After the first order, that I needed desperately, arrived late after paying for fast shipping, I could not use the bulbs as I had to get replacements immediately for a trip. I returned the bulbs within 30 days as advised by headlight experts. They took 20% off of my order. $40! For restocking. After sending emails wanting to talk to them regarding this issue, I never heard from anyone. I finally called and spoke to someone at headlight experts who couldn't of been Nastier or more sarcastic! I was absolutely stunned talking to this guy on the phone. He even LAUGHED? Insane.
By the way, these are not just plug-in play lights. You have to do some extra steps to get them to fit on some models.

Products are garbage. I paid for 55w ballasts and they sent 35w ballasts. I emailed them to let them know the mistake and they told me that 55w ballasts cost 15.00 more.
So I have to pay for something again, after paying for it.
I plan on leaving a review everywhere, so people will see the business ethics of these crooks
Also after installing the hid kit. One of the bulbs died as soon as I turned the lights on. These people are peddling garbage?!
Their "kits" are not direct replacement and require additional parts. Rude customer service. AVOID!
Headlight experts are a scam. I made the mistake of ordering from them a few months ago and they've consistently lied to me. Took my money and didn't send me anything, refuse to give me a refund and also have the audacity to complain about me sharing my experience through a review. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH "HEADLIGHT EXPERTS"
Transaction took place on July 31st got a email on the second of August headlights shipped then today 08/07/2022 when contacted them thru email tell me it has to be shipped wow what a scam they are would never suggest them to anyone for business
I sent three lights in for warranty replace and due to their mailing two lights to the wrong address, I'm now out all three lights, about $150. No customer service and very rude, called me a thief as if I kept the lights mailed three states way. Take your dollars elsewhere.
Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from these people. Everything about their ad is misleading, customer service sucks, do not fit as advertised. After receiving the lights & seeing where they had to fit, I could see they weren't going to. Called & talked to a tech, he said just cram it in there it'll fit. Well, it won't, I called back & talked to another tech he basically laughed & said I was the only person that couldn't install them which is obviously wrong judging by these reviews. He even said cut a notch in the cap so the wires could hang out. They're considered used since I tried installing them per their instructions so no returns. This was a 2016 Hyundai Elantra I was dealing with; I will file a dispute with PayPal. For your own benefit don't even consider these lights you'll just be out money. RUN!
This is there famous line "We do apologize for the back order. This should be back for shipment within 2-3 business days or less over a month and still no update. They take money and shovel it in to there other business that's probably a scam as well. It's called GOLD STAR AUDIO. On that web page everything is out of stock go figure..

I'm doing a full restoration on a 1995 cummins. The initial interaction was awesome and informative. I received my headlights and when I removed them ( after waiting 2 weeks) from the box I knew why they were so cheap. The install was basic. Problem is they use plastic on plastic threads. Not good! My headlights stripped immediately trying to install them. This company refused a refund. Completely unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I found headlight revolution and they are amazing!
So no headlights, no refund... no response. They offered to fix the part that stripped. Silly people I'm not waiting another 2 weeks for a plastic part that stripped. This company is not what it claims.
This company is terrible and I mean terrible, first, they sent me HIDS both of the ballasts were friends and were flickering because they were fried and yes we tried a relay harness and tested them, they then sent me a "new" pair and of them still flickered and one was perfectly fine, turns out the "new pair" the bulb that was flickering and it was the old pair, then the new bulb was the wrong color WOW! I then reach out to them very upset as I should be and they then say they would gladly send me LEDS instead if I remove the reviews (weird) and send them 30$ to cover the difference, I then email the company to remove the review and they didn't get back to me. The headlight experts have now held my package for over a week on purpose after I paid which is illegal as well as fraud. Such a sad company with arrogant workers who don't like their job there's a reason this company has 85% 1-star reviews because they are pathetic

Answer: I believe it is a scam. The sales department says there is no one there to take a call and customer service, you can only get a hold of them by email. And then no one ever returns the email
