The website says "no modification needed" but you will probably need extra parts not listed that will require modifications to your car. I wanted to return the product and they would not let me, pointing to the return policy. When I said that the website was misleading I was told "I didn't understand the product". Extremely rude to deal with and I filed a complaint with PayPal.

Rude as f**** customer service, for Shipping they said we'll take 2 Business days, it took almost 2 weeks, To return the wrong order You have to go back-and-forth with punch of emails, and they want you to pay for that Return shipping, only one guy was Able to give me some of his time Was Paul, They are a big mess. Never ever I will do business with them even if I will pay for that extra.
I ordered a set of LED fog lights for my 2016 F-150 in January of 2021. These match the color of my OEM Led high and low beams. They are very bright, easy to install, and have lasted a year so far. I've put on 30,000 miles this past year and I would say over half of those miles I had the fog lights on, and have had no issues.
I order the Headlight experts bulbs for my Dodge Ram and My Rv after asking which bulbs I needed. The bulbs fit fine on the Ram but have an incredible buzz sound that is annoying. When questioned headlight experts there answer was all LED light have fans. Which is incorrect. On the RV the bulbs will not stay in an had the same annoying buzz. After several emails. They refuse to refund the product and told me to contact the mgr Paul, so I called and asked for Paul. There answer- He is gone for 4-6 hours call back at 4-5pm and then they hung up on me. I am finished with this company
The kit I purchased for a Nissan xterra did not fit in the housing because the flange was too thick. Customer service was advised me that they were tight but would fit. They did not, and I had to machine the flange down to the correct thickness. Then, the light output was barely any improvement on the stock bulbs, and low beam had a terrible pattern of blotchy light. Customer service responded with a sparky know-it-all response. I removed the bulbs, trashed them and installed the stock ones. The LED units could be out-driven at 55mph. No better than stock. Don't buy from this company.
Stay far away from this place. Rude beyond measure, liars, cheats, and condescending as they just assume you'll be stupid and not fight for return of their utterly garbage product. Not going to pass inspection in almost any state. Beam pattern... there isn't one... it's like a cheap flashlight and that's as good as it gets. Paul is professing to be an expert with "5 years experience" in the field... 5 years is not an expert and barely a journeyman status in any such profession... and he is as big of an A as I have ever come across. You can't find out the lights won't work until you try them, after which point the company says you can't return them. They are not legal in most states and their site just blatantly lies about that. Stay away... or just send your cash to a charity instead.
I'm on day 4 waiting on my package that was guaranteed to be delivered in 2 days. Customer service is bs
I am SO sorry that I ran into this company online. They sold me headlights that they claimed were compatible with my van. They were not. They did NOT ship in two days, as claimed. If you think that the headlights and lamps that they sell are DOT approved and legal in your state, they are not. I've been working on cars and trucks for 45 years and tried seven ways to Sunday to aim them and couldn't. My longtime mechanic wouldn't even install them because "they're junk, and they wont pass a safety inspection". I'm out close to a hundred bucks and their "customer service" is unbending and full of deception. Need headlights? I'll sell you these, cheap!
We ordered 4 head lights and 2 harnesses (one of which came broken) as directed by the company totaling just over $200. The company insisted they would fit. We took the lights to 1 body shop 4 mechanics and a tint and lighting shop. None of them could get the lights to install right. One of the mechanics spent almost an hour on the phone with one of their service techs and was still unable to get them to install. All 6 places we took them to said they are defective or the incorrect parts. There was never power put to the lights so they were retuned new. This company then charged us $48.50 restocking fee plus we had to pay $15 just to ship the lights back. When we told them we were contacting the BBB they threatened to not refund us anything. They are a horrible company to do business with! After they seen that we did go through with the BBB review they emailed us offering to refund us the rest of the money if we removed the review. They can keep it if it means one person sees my review and it saves them a giant headache
Answer: I believe it is a scam. The sales department says there is no one there to take a call and customer service, you can only get a hold of them by email. And then no one ever returns the email
