By the name of this company, I thought they would make sure you would get the right head lights. But that was a bs thought. I was sent a second set of lights that weren't plug and either so I'm out of about $105.00..

I ordered headlights from headlight experts with assurance they would fit. Upon receiving them they would not fit. When I called back you could only get the new order department. The people there were rude, they were using profanity and trying to belittle me. Once I returned them they charged me a 20% restocking fee even though it was their fault I had to return them. You can not talk to customer service at all, you can only send an email. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Stay away from these people!

I got fog lights for my 2017 jeep wrangler they till you to cut and clip to make them stay in the OEM socket they do not stay in called back and they sent new retainers You can see where they clipped off the plastic. They pop out going down the road. Looks really nice 60k jeep with fog lights hanging out called them back asking for my money back only can email for service win you call same guy answered the phone they don't have two bites about service

I spoke to the company BEFORE ordering my bulbs and gave them my car details and they told me what LED conversion kit I needed. When I got it and installed it they DID NOT WORK. Only the high beams worked when switched on: i.e., no low beams. Had to reinstall the original ford bulbs that worked fine. Called company and and their rep only tried to degrade my ability to connect two plugs. I explained that as an engineer I certainly know how to install two plugs so you product is defective. He told me that I must have bent the pins and I said they are perfectly straight and my original ford lights I put back in work just fine. He refused to give me info on how/where to return the product. My emails for same return info were ignored. Finally I did an online problem and a belligerent company rep had the same NYC attitude obnoxious and demeaning. He sent me an email on bent pin video they made and put up on Youtube (but of course they don't have an issue with their products). Bent pin story again. He looked up and finally said oh, maybe you need an additional Load Resistor kit to make it work. Another $20 to $30 of course. So much for their ad about their product being PLUG & PLAY. These folks don't know anything about what will work in YOUR CAR or they would have said it in the beginning in my initial phone call. Many headlights are in a very tight spot to change unless you have dwarf size hands so it is a pain to install and then go back to the original auto company product. I even took the LED kit to a garage and they could not make them work either. The jury is out if they will even work properly with their now recommended Load Resistor as no other online outfits seem to say that is needed. Oh, the Headlight Revolution folks LED product is ONE-FORTH the cost of Headlight Experts. If I had known.
BOTTOM LINE: DON'T BUY FROM THESE FOLKS OR YOU MAY BE OUT A LOT OF MONEY. Try Headlight Revolution online as they seem to know the retrofit LED business and have plenty of GOOD VIDEO"s online not the "you bent the pins" video from Headlight (non) Experts.

I have purchased several items from headlight experts including led bulbs as well as fogs. I have been extremely happy with all my purchases and I have peace of mind that I will be happy with my purchase thanks to their great product reviews! My Xenon 8000k kit just came in the mail yesterday, I installed them this morning, and everything looks and works great. I highly recommended Headlight expert!

I know nothing about car headlights, so after getting pulled over by the sheriffs in town, they told me to get new headlights. Thank god it was just a warning, becoz one of my headlamps was out. I asked 21 questions to the agent at headlight experts, and they made sure I got the right light bulbs. I installed it with them over the phone, and viola! It worked! Now I am not paranoid to drive again, thanks to headlight experts! Lol.

LED Kit came in last week, everything seems to be in order. I installed them, they did not work. No problem, they sent a new package to me with the correct fitment. Everything works perfect now. Thank you Headlight experts!...

Got a xenon conversion kit for my mom's buick. She hasn't been seeing as well as she used to but she said they are a significant improvement for night-driving. Just picked up a spare bulb for my Kia Optima after getting a fix-it ticket. Found HLE after a quick Google search. I was skeptical at first but I didn't want to go with one of the big-box retailers like Auto Zone or Pep Boys. I'm glad I could support this business. As their support is far better than the other 2 I just mentioned anyway. Something about them! I will use them again if i ever have to.

HLE's customer service are quick to respond to my many many questions. They are knowledgable and fair with the prices. I highly recommend this site to anyone looking to modify/update/replace their car's lighting systems.

Just got my 35 watt HID conversion ballast kit today. I am super stoked to install it will update when it's done!

I spoke with one of the representatives today inquiring about sealed headlight conversions. He immediately pushed me to the website to send an email. I further asked another question and was rudely cutoff when he redirected me to the website. I attempted to ask a question about conversion on a T3 headlight and he hung up on me. Frankly, I find this unprofessional and discourteous. I am not sure if the representative I spoke with was an answering service or an employee. Regardless, if I was owner of the company, I would want to know of subpar interaction. If I could give zero stars, I would. There are other businesses out there that will offer customer service with a good product and I will have to research some more. I sent an email to customer service and will await their response.

Cussed me out because they sold me a faulty product, than wanted me to pay more to get it to work. Called me slurs and cussed me out then hung up
