I purchased headlights in decembor for my 2016 Jeep Cherokee I paid extra for 1 day shipping and I waited a week and a half to get said lights I ordered headlights and fog lights finally they show up and they offer to refund my money for the shipping and so I wait on that and when I go to install said headlights and fog lights they are not completely plug and play they don't fit the housing and the wiring is weak and tears so i email the problems email and they instruct me to cut plastic tabs on the fog lights so I follow instructions of cutting off plastic tabs and what do you know they still don't fit and so I have to consistently get out of my car and put fog lights back in housing in rain and snow and fog just to be able to see and my headlights malfunction and work only if i don't turn on my brights and the foglights' wiring is so coroded that its amazing they still came on so I email asking for replacement and they say well you are covered under warranty but you have to pay to ship them to us and we'll examine them and if they need replacement we'll send you one utterly disgusted with this business and their supposed policies just drive around with no headlights and our product broke so you have to pay to ship it back bad business buyer beware stay away run don't walk you will regret it

I have had 2 transactions with this company and both were horrible. Terrible customer service and lazy. I paid on a Friday, and they did not ship until the following Wednesday. Why not ship it out that next Monday after I paid for it. The website claims quick and fast shipping. Bull$#*!. As of today, I still dont have my headlight bulbs and ballast that I paid for. I asked for my money back, with no response to that. They blame everything on shipping and wont take responsibility for being lazy. Its been over a week, going on 2 weeks now. Cant drive at night without headlights, but that does not seem to matter with this clown company. Spend your money elseward, buyer be ware.

Difficult to work to with. Forced me to pay for shipping to get replacement headlights even though I didn't have to pay for shipping originally. I had to fight with these people. And they didn't send me my full original order. Took forever to get these headlights to begin with as well. Please take your need for headlights elsewhere. I won't be coming back. I hope they learned from their mistakes.

MUCH happier with your HID upgrade than the expensive hard to aim LED upgrade I put in from another company.

I purchased headlamps from this company because I wanted to upgrade to LED with a classic look, when the product arrived it was not at all what was advertised, the components were cheaply made in China, they did not fit properly, loose rattling, was told I could install a gasket to fix this, no where on the website did it indicate that a gasket may be needed, the build quality is terrible made in China stamped all over the assy, the lenses are foggy look faded, I was advised that "should" burn off, I attempted to return the product for a refund, they will not accept returns without a RMA, I contacted the company with my concerns and asked for an RMA which they will not give, I am stuck with a $200 set of paper weights because that garbage will not be installed on my vehicle, I would have been better off buying the headlamps from Amazon or Ebay same garbage just half the price!

I purchased headlights from their site before looking at reviews which was my mistake, but once I looked at some reviews about them I tried to cancel my order and they responded asking for the reason. I said I no longer wanted the headlights, no response from that and the next day they shipped.

After very poor beam performance of HE 9003 H4 LED Bulb, I tested the bulbs and compared with tests of the standard halogen bulbs and the H4 specification and determined that the HE H4 bulb incorrectly provides 360 degree illumination on low beam (photos included of test done at lower voltage for clarity). I could have missed something, so I contacted customer service and very tactfully explained my confusion and asked for feedback. I was told that that the bulbs worked correctly, 360 degree illumination was by design, and they were not going to discuss the bulb performance with unqualified customers who did not understand (I am an electrical and optical engineer with automotive industry R&D experience and a Ph.D. In Solid State Physics and Electrical Engineering.). Due to the poor return policy, I will modify the bulbs myself to meet spec, However, I would encourage others to find an alternate product.

I wish I would have reviewed this company far more thoroughly before buying. They have multiple incident reports with the Better Business Bureau. The headlights are not actually DOT approved. They are notorious for sending out products that have already been used and proven to be faulty. Their own customer service said the product was garbage and that they would never use it but will not issue a refund for the lifetime warranty. Customer service is known to curse at people even while being recorded.
After spending weeks exchanging over three faulty products and a few hundred dollars troubleshooting we are done. They refused to honor the lifetime warranty or issue a refund. We will not get the money back but hope to warn other customers!

The saying. YOU GET WHAT YOU OAY FOR is valid in this product. I do regret buying the HID kit from Headlight Experts. Their website will fool you since they only post the 5 star testimonials.

I drive a Ram 3500 daily and having good lighting is super important since we have moose all over the damn place, especially in the winter along unlit roads. The light throw with the 55watt HID kit is great but i feel the quality is just not there.

1. Packaging sucked. The box was crushed inside of a priority bubble envelope. Was unsure that the set up would even work.

2. The HID ballasts do not like the cold. I am in Anchorage Alaska and once the temps reach 10 degrees Fahrenheit or colder the lights take a good 5 minutes of On/Off cycling on their own to finally stay on. The lights will drive you crazy driving down the snowy roads as they shake. Yes I've taken the whole light fixture out a couple times to make sure my bulbs are seated correctly.
Save your money and buy a better quality HID setup from somewhere else.

I ordered LED Headlight conversions for a vehicle that their site said was a match for fitment. It is not. They hide the 2.5" x 1.75" inline transformer from their pictures. There just is no room for this component. Their customer service says that it will fit, I just have to route it properly. And when it doesn't, I get to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Buyer Beware! Read the return policy. Best to only do business with reputable merchants.

The company is running a shady business. You overpay for the headlights thinking you are getting a lifetime warranty for premium headlights, but then you have a tough time dealing with them. First, they didn't send H7 adapters, then the headlights didn't fit the high beams so they had to send rubber boots, then one of the headlights stopped working and they didn't want to ship to Canada, only if I paid $25 shipping. Very unfriendly customer service. Just save your troubles dealing with them.

Poor quality lights, does not fit, not plug and play that they claim. Customer service is quick to respond but never seen a customer service reps so rude and with the lowest IQ possible. They cannot fix the issue or knowledgeable to fix, instead they make up huge lies, and blame it on the user. Even after exchanging tons of photos, wasting several hours to work with them, they still claim the parts fit. When finally returned, they kept the 20% restocking fee for lights that don't fit.

Purchased a set for my Jeep and my fiancé's Kia, the lighting is much brighter and does provide better visibility. However, BUYER BEWARE, when these are operating, they sound really loud. So if you're trying to maintain a quiet vehicle, these probably aren't for you.

Also, after 6 months of use, my Jeep's headlights started to sound even louder and began to flicker regularly until the right unit failed. Though they honor a lifetime warranty with a guarantee of a 24 hour turn around time for testing and repair, it actually took 3 weeks to receive the repair/replaced set. You'll have to pay for return shipping, buy an alternative for while it's in for repair. Even doing exchanges or replacements, you're responsible for the shipping costs, which doesn't really make a whole lot of sense. Anyway, just thought y'all should know when considering purchasing these!

The product is terrible. Their bulbs can't be clocked, meaning you can't control the direction of the beam. Ever meet a car whose lights are blasting you in the face? It's bulbs like this company sells. 1) they're junk 2) you will get no option to return them once you figure out they're junk. Do not buy from them. You will regret it.
