Spent 3 days trying to get thru to their Customer Service team in London. A single phone number which is permanently engaged. Never never again will I deal with this company. Ended up ringing the airline direct at $3.00 / minute and spending 22 minutes trying to get help only to be told I had to go back to gate.
If I could give a 0 I definitely would. They don't deserve a single star. I booked with this company to save 12$ when I was searching on google flights, i never had an issue with the companies on google flights before.
So I paid for 1 baggage, for a fee of 50.50$ outbound and paid extra to have window seat. First mistake was that when i received my email confirmation I realized that they charge me 101$ for baggage, wich i never agreed in because on my way back I booked first class with 2 baggages included. I called and I had the worst customer service they are like robots and repeat the exact same speach and bull$#*!. Second, I just got in the plane and my seat was the middle seat… stuck between 2 person.
I just hope I still have my first class on the way back, not suprise if I dont and that they just scammed me again…. RIDICULOUS
Worst service from this website. We booked ticket to chennai to brisbane australia. They have taken money and not issued the ticket. They say to wait for four days to refund the back. Its on urgent basis i booked the tickect and i was not able to book another ticket since they holded my money. Worst service. Please dont ever book through thos gotogate site.

My wife is pregnant and that is the reason why we could not fly. GoToGate was not willing to even offer a fair flight exchange on a different date, or cancel with a portion refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are horrible,
Gotogate changed my departure time without any axplanation. My departure time was at 6.05 pm, but when I tried to check-in, I realized my departure time is already at 6.30 am. Any sms or email with explanation. My plans are ruined, because changing of departure time costs 600$. I strongly do not recommend this company. Also I could not to call or to chat Gotogate, their website doesn't find my reservation already and there's not any contact info((

I had change in flights, i had to handle by myself, I asked them to handle a refund from airline, they kept wasting my time by saying contact us over the phone as they cannot communicate by email, and they want me to call them an international call, just cause there are other teams in their company handling such situation. I requested several times that I have nothing to do with their internal communication, however, they kept sending the same response and ignoring my feedback, and did not process my refund, and i cannot do it direclty as airline deals only with whom booked the ticket.
I will never use gotogate again for booking tickets. I cancelled a ticket within 24 hours of booking last October (2022) and I'm still waiting for the refund (May 2023).
I have had a refund request pending with them for 2 months with no updates or responses. It has been a nightmare to deal with them. Please run if you can, you will end up losing time, energy, money by doing business with them.
This site is a complete scam and will take your money quickly but when it comes to refunding after you cancel a ticket they will string you along for months.

Customer service took over an hour, putting me on hold every 5 min. No refund, change of flight required a payment higher than the original tocket, around 1000 usd, awful.
From 22-09-22 we are waiting for a refund for two tickets to Miami! The company is doing all in its power to deny our right to receive Tax and gate fees! The are acting as we don't exist and refuse to give us our money back! I urge you to know that, based on our experience we recommend no one should buy tickets from them!
I recently purchased flight tickets from GotoGate and opted to buy their support package for additional assistance. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service I received. Despite being promised full support, I was simply redirected to different teams whenever I attempted to contact them for help. When I tried to cancel my return ticket, which I had been told was possible, I was told that it was not possible and ended up losing a lot of money. Overall, I found GotoGate's customer service to be very poor and unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this company to other travelers.
