I had a very frustrating experience with this agency. I specifically paid extra for flexible tickets, but discovered later that they had booked me on non-changeable fares with the airline. When I needed to change my dates, I was forced to buy a brand new ticket at full price, meaning I paid twice for the same trip. The only redeeming quality is that they are very responsive and answer the phone every time you call

I did booking for Thai Airways which always provide seat selection for free. The price on GOTOGATE was a bit a higher than on Thai airways (unfortunately they have problem with processing foreign card) website but seat is not included which is very confusing to me. I expected that I can go to Thai Airways website after booking to select the seats but seat selection is unavailable and GOTOGATE did

I have tried making the payment 5 times. Each time at the beginning it shows a certain price, by the time you answer the 100 questions they ask it will say time out and you need to start over. Ridiculous website

I had a bad experience from the get go, the website overview feels like a scam, price went up right at the end of my booking process, and at the end of the process I wasn't sure if my reservation was set in stone even though I had a receipt to prove it.
Using GoToGate was easy and I appreciated that it did not take too long to get my flight booked. Plus the price of the airfare was really good! Thank you.

I cancelled my flight and i asked for a refund and the status of my flight is cancelled and i got a confirmation mail that my refund will be sent within 6 days, but after 12 days i got an email that they will not refund me because my flight was rescheduled even i sent them the proof of cancellation but they kept saying the same thing.
I contacted customer service a lot but they didn't corporate and they were even more than rude with their answers and I remember one of them and his name was Jameel.
So if you want to avoid that kind of scam, dont book with them at all.
Keep your money away from them.
I did not like all the add ons. At least 15 up sell tactics. It doesnt say that if i dont select a seat, then one is assigned. I had to learn that the costly way.
Nice interface, good price, lots of extra option available on the booking. Not sure about customer support this is most critical when you need it.

I got self transfer before, first flight got delayed so second toke off before we arrive, I couldn't get refund from gotogate as it's so hard to get support.
