I booked a flight for my son and I. It was confirmed and then my husband booked his flight on another website ( big price difference) and Go To Gate just canceled my 2 tickets! We are now stuck!

The experience was not too bad, but it was annoying having the booking attempt rejected twice before going through... with the same information. It was also unpleasant seeing all of the breakdowns/efforts to collect payment for actions that have always been considered "decent customer service."

Go to Gate was little bit more for booking than others shown yet often those others didn't show some taxes that get added later.
And Go to Gate is good with communication to help you travel easily.

It's very easy and clear to complete the ticket service. The price is super preferential. The page is explained clearly and in detail, and the payment method is especially reassuring and safe.

I made this reservation on 11/18/25, I did not receive a confirmation. I called the customer service and was told to wait 3 days. I know paid $35 more

Un poco más caso que en otras páginas web, pero cómodo y fácil de usar.

The reservation of my flight arrived with the wrong date. 12.03 instead of 01.03. Claimed for annulment.
Till now no reaction of GOTOGATE,
Webpage even indicates a 24h cancellation allowance. Hope GOTOGATE solve this problem.

Too many upcharge grabs at checkout! I don't like to find a reasonable price and then get a bunch of upcharge fees that should be included in any flight!

I am grateful that Gotogate supports paypal as a payment method. I messed up and don't have my debit card, so it saves me to be able to buy a return ticket using paypal.

So far pre-travel is ok except for charging a fee for choosing a seat, I do not think they should charge any fee except for special seats
