There were many options and the website was clear.
There were also many additional options to buy things which I was not aware of, so that took me by surprise. I thought an airline ticket included a lot of that.
Bought a ticket with them, they cancelled it on the day I was flying. I called the airlines and they said this agent did not pay them correctly. It's just coming up to a month and I'm still waiting for a refund. Do not use this agent, they are not ethical.
I could not Get the website to pull up for lion air for my flight in Indonesia until I found the site through Rome2Rio. It found my flight with the date and time I needed such a relief.

The send me the tickets I bought, so it is ok. I had to fight through numerous useless add-on they tried to sell. They mishandled my mobile number when placing the order so I could not log in to airline website to modify my booking. The only way to contact support is via US phone which is ridiculous.

Adding a last minute $47 increase in the cost of the ticket due to a "high demand" defeats the purpose of going through a discount site to purchase a ticket. This could have been stated from the beginning before going through the very long list of options. The significant increase is notably dishonest and deceitful.

I was excited for my flight. I checked all the airline and found the confirmation numbers. All of a sudden, I got an email that my flight got canceled due to technical difficulties. So disappointed.

If i could give zero stars I would. Beware if you're trip has multiple "legs" as if you make the first flight they say they do not need to buy the tickets for your next flights. They did this and when I complained they said it is the airline policy. I asked to see the policy and was told we can't show you it. Now we're out $1,000.
