I booked online and my dates were change. I contacted support and no one is willing to help. I am traveling with an infant and from Phoenix to San Diego with a 5 hour lay over. Chat and call are terrible.

I read reviews for Go To Gate before purchasing. I purchased round tickets for Royal Air Maroc from them Twice. November 2023 and February 2024 because the pricing was economical. I did not have any issue. My tickets were non refundable as stated on their website and I read their policy so I knew what to expect. I made sure to check the confirmation they provided on the Airline's direct website and my ticket pulled up. Luckily for me I did not have to change my flight date and their were no delays or cancelations by the airline. Go To Gate also sent me an email reminder regarding my upcoming trips.

I have booked flexible tickets, when I requested to change them they send my request to "another" department requesting be to wait for their call.
After one month nobody has call me back. I have called them more than 15 times mentioning that I need to have my new tickets in order to extent my visa but nobody cares. The only reply is "we will call you". Although I have requested to speak to supervisor, they endured me that supervisor will call me but again nothing.

I booked the flight with go to gate. But they didn't pay to flair full amount so they didn't let me board. When I called go to gate they said they requested a refund. But it's more than 3 months nothing yet. Whenever I try calling them they said they don't know how long it will take but they are still waiting from airline. Like seriously. I would never book with go to gate.
From selecting the flight to completing the transaction, it was pretty smooth. Got my e-ticket in the mail instantly

Like many other customers, I was charged a "handling fee" when I had to cancel a ticket I booked, literally within 20 min after booking. Only then I found that such a fee would be collected. I contacted them afterward, and they did not budge and refused to answer my question about why they did not mention the fee before booking. A very shady business that should not exist.
The flight time provided is different from the flight time provided by the airline.

I didn't look at the reviews, before I made the flight I thought it was better to pay the $90 fee to get my money back then the risk not having my flight or having problems. I read many many reviews and most of them were bad news, I had searched Airlink or the airline I wanted to take and thought I was on their site. Still it was worth paying $90 for peace of mind. Tried to call the no answer, tried to do your chat page. No response, took me several hours after I booked to cancel the flight kept giving me error messages.
