Buying tickets on Gotogate has always been the way I plan travel. It's the only way I can afford to go where I have dreamt of going. England, Australia, it's worked awesome going everywhere!
I dealt with go to gate many times and found it to be reliable and price of tickets is better than the others.
I have booked flight for my in laws from booking.com and I think booking.com is internally working with gotogate for any customer service. I wanted to reschedule my flight and everytime they keep me on hold for almost 30 mins and come up saying there is any issue. Called them for more than 15 times and either they say there is an issue, or the calls gets dropped for which they never call back, they won't make the changes even after the amount is deducted and they will say call but they never do. After lot of attempts finally when the flights are rescheduled they didn't make an effort to let me know that the baggage is shortened for this flight and simply throw it in airline that it's au Booking.com should remove their collaboration to maintain their brand in the market. I had to rate this 1 only because i didn't get an option to select 0 which they deserve.
We requested a small change on the booking within 10 mins of booking and we were asked to pay $45 processing fee. Not happy with our first experience booking with go togate.

The experience was easy, I just wish the Seay prices weren't so high. The original price was 4 something then the final price was 690. Just wish it was cheaper but I'm grateful nonetheless

I love purchasing airline tickets with GoToGate because its easy to navigate the website and the app. It is also easier to use your credit card on GotoGate vs the airlines website. However once purchased I feel GoToGate purposely makes it difficult for you to find your airlines confirmation number.

This is the worst travel agency I have dealt with.
We had a flexible ticket booked with them, but when we tried to change the booking, they put a remarkably larger difference in price, way higher than the original ticket price on the airline website.
Every time I call them, I find they give a different, higher price by £100, even though the flight's original price doesn't change between two days!
They are a fraudulent company. Never deal with them.

Their lack of professionalism was staggering, and their ability to deceive with a smile was truly remarkable. From the moment I engaged with them, I knew I was in trouble.
I called GotoGate's customer service hotline seeking assistance with booking tickets. Little did I know that I was about to fall into a trap laid out by none other than Rahul. They sweet-talked their way into convincing me that a particular flight was the best option for my needs, assuring me that it was worth every penny of the $3200 they were asking for.
Oh, how wrong I was to trust them! Not only was the flight an absolute nightmare, but upon further investigation, I discovered that I had been grossly overcharged. It turns out that similar tickets were available for a fraction of the price through other airlines or even directly through Gotogate's website.
It's bad enough to pay a premium for quality service, but to be swindled out of thousands of dollars for subpar treatment is beyond reprehensible. It's clear to me know that Rahul saw me as nothing more than a gullible mark to exploit for their own gain.

I booked then they said to wait up to 12 hours for confirmation. I called to cancel and they said impossible to cancel.
Then the dude said okay just wait a few more minutes for it to process.
Then nothing happened so after an hour I booked directly.
Then hours later it processed so I told them to cancel. They said I would have a $45 service fee per person.
I said to cancel and they said okay.
Then they said that they have been blocked from Spirit airlines so my flight wasn't even booked yet.
But then after it is booked, and after I was notified, I would need to contact Spirit and cancel it myself within 24 hours.

I am really annoyed with the service provided by booking.com. I specifically booked a flexible flight to Durban for the 6/2/24 to return on 2/3/24 through booking.com on a virgin Atlantic flight as my 93 year old mother broke some ribs following a fall. I live in the UK and she lives in South Africa. I wanted a ticket which allowed for flexibility as I work and was not sure how she would progress. I needed to apply for my return ticket after speaking to my manager to be changed to 16/2/24. I had to pay £350 which surprised me as I had a flexible ticket. She has now been discharged following a pacemaker and have needed to delay flight further to 26/2/24. Booking.com have said they won't refund ticket or allow me to change ticket as this is part of their terms and conditions. What happens to this seat? Do they get more money for this? I am so pissed off about this! I have needed to buy another return ticket costing£565! Not happy, will never use booking.com again for a ticket!
It was just easy to book with Go To Gate and the fares are cheap. I like this site because confirmation comes very fast.
