I had booked tickets for my son for travel in Sept 2022. We had to cancel the tickets and the company representative advised that the refund will happen in few days. Despite calling a number of times and sending the emails the status remains the same and the standard replies without any commitment. Worst experience dealing with the company. The amount is about USD 600. Will never book any tickets from this company in future. Could have given Zero rating had there been such option. The ref is LQD3VU.

Be careful of this travel agency they are scammer they have hidden charges! I have booked a flight tickites and after I did the payment the details of the flight been changed that will not suit to me and I didn't been notified that the details and the time of the flight been changed. The duration of the flight that I booked and paid for was 9 hours from London Standsted airpots to Istanbul, after I processed the payment the duration of the flight been changed to 30 hours transit, which is absolutely horrible as I have a disabled son can not stay 30 hours in transit. When I have asked for the reasons and to cancel I have been charged £136 for that. They change the details to increase the price of the tickets after you been traded by them
The tickets were advertised as $17/ea and by the time I was done were well over $100. I had to pay for a disabled seat in the back (though no wheelchair), you can't contact customer service, getting support for your tickets is impossible, non-refundable, don't do it!

As soon as I was booking my ticket, I filled out the necessary information in less than five minutes as soon as I was going to check out, I was advised that prices went up by $40 when I checked other websites it was still at the previous price
I swear its not worth the few dollars you save. Here is my experience.
I booked a flight and tried to cancel with them a few hours later (under 24hr US law). They would not let me and said there would be no refund. I got on the phone with the actual airline (Air Europa) that was doing my flight and the airline told me that yes I can cancel and that I will receive a full refund. I three way called with the airline and GoToGate for almost an hour. The airline employee kept trying to get GoToGate to file the correct paperwork for my refund, or to contact their refund department so we could finalize it. GoToGate ended up not filing the refund correctly so I did not receive my full refund.
I ended up getting back less than 10% of my refund (taxes).
Whenever I have tried calling the airline (Air Europa) they tell me its GoToGates fault and that I must go through GoToGate. When I call GoToGate, you are speaking to an offshore support person who could care less and just tries as hard as they can to get you off the phone.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK with them. If there are any changes to your plans, you are out of luck.
I lost $460 and learned a valuable lesson. Book direct with your airline!
