Was quick and easy, and while I appreciate all the additional offerings, it got to be a bit too much. But the booking, etc, was great.
Start off with purchasing tickets through regular online websites. And had way too many troubles with the processing. Hopped on google flights found a ticket from gotogate and first time trying this and literally everything went through smoothly first try too as well. And well worth it for the budget as well. Since I booked the wrong flight and it could not be canceled, I did not take the flight I booked on January 8. According to the law, if you do not take a booked flight, you are entitled to a refund of all taxes and fees (which is usually the largest part of the booking). I have been trying to get this for almost 4 months now. Without success! At first I was asked to contact the airline directly, but they referred me back to the booking portal, from booking.com I was referred to gotagate. I have now written to them via the contact form, describing the case and asking for a refund of all taxes and fees. To date, I have not received a refund, even after repeated enquiries. They are supposedly waiting to hear back from the airline. However, it seems that gotagate is done with a one-time request to which there is no response. Despite repeated requests to contact me only in writing, as I am traveling around the world and phone calls would be unaffordable, they kept trying to call me. Does gotagate want to sit this one out?

Way too many fees that increase the listed price. This feels like a bait & switch. This can take advantage of many people. :(

My wife ordered from them 2 tickets to London, flight was cancelled (by them) and we didn't get the refund for half a year now
It's super hard to reach them, we had to wait on the online chat for almost an hour, for 4 times already and their response is the same - "there is a long line to the refund".
Do your self a favor and do not order from there!

Easy to follow the directions. Did not need so much time to guessing what sort os answer you needed only problem was with payment. It looks like you cannot use a debit card from another country that you are not registered in. To me that was a problem.
