Why does the email confirmation not include either the booking reference or the flight number? Super annoying to have to separately keep track of these details.

Several difficulties to customers, biggest, after booking trip doesn't appear in my app. I have to go to my emails, get confirmation number and manually add my trip in the app. Other problem: app doesn't record my information, so every time I book, I have to put ALL my information again

Was there an easy To navigate and check pricing Did not like the fact that it changed the price. While you were in the middle of booking. Most airlines do not do that they hold your price for a minimum of ten minutes. While you finish the booking process.

REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This website DOESN'T have the curtesy 24 hrs. Waving period that all other websites have, they will charge you $45 for the cancellation even within MINUTES of your booking.
Immediately after I did my booking I noticed an error on it, I reach out to the customer service line, and they said there was no way to wave this "processing fee".

Horrible, I had to pay for a check in. Since when doing a check in is not free?

It's easy to find flights, the only think I would change is kayak lets you select the flight and like and then shows result for the return flight. But gotogate has been a much cheaper cite and every to use on the app

I like the fact that the itinerary you are providing before payment is very clear and has everything you need to know about the trip including luggage etc..

I contacted customer service and they wanted me to pay usd 45 for changing it to male!

Was quick and easy, and while I appreciate all the additional offerings, it got to be a bit too much. But the booking, etc, was great.

Start off with purchasing tickets through regular online websites. And had way too many troubles with the processing. Hopped on google flights found a ticket from gotogate and first time trying this and literally everything went through smoothly first try too as well. And well worth it for the budget as well. Thank you.
