It's easy to book on lots of sites - but then you find hidden fees, sneaky ways of asking things that cost you more money, etc. On GoToGate it's all totally clear and transparent. I love how they fill in the passengers' names as you type! And that it's very clear you've already paid for baggage! Forget the ones that might be $10 or $20 less...it's worth the extra for this confidence and peace of mind!
First, the site was easy to navigate and the prices were phenomenal. I was able to complete my booking with ease. I have referred my travel companions to the website as well.
Getting all the way to the end, submitting my payment, and having the flight price increase right then, so I have to accept the higher fare? WTF!? That's the worst. I won't use this site again.

Not given clear details and very worst experience, they say contact airline and not giving basic option to cancel the reservation with In 24 hours, when I try to chat they even took away the access their chat
I spent more money on flight tickets buying at Go to the Gate than directly with the airline. I received a coupon for hotel but I found the better rates in Trivago.com. Only the car rental was better with Go to the Gate.
Everything was super easy except for not being able to choose our seats. Not sure when we'll be able to do that...
You guys are my GO TO, no pun intended for buying plane tickets when the Airline's own website is hard to navigate or is simply not working. YOu've always sent me confirmations quickly. I've bought tickets form you while sitting on a bus in the middle of jungle road. It's grea to jsut carry a smartphoe and be able to purchase your tickets anytime, anywhere.

Didn't know about Goto gate but booking are quick and not too complicated.
I'm not computer smart,so my first time using the apps was a little confusing I got through it.
When I got to the counter,the attendants act like they didn't want to help and when they did it seemed like they had attitudes.
While booking for couple of my friend, suddenly the price increased and cant accept the new price.
