When making my booking for V Fest I some how managed to put in my email address incorrectly. Called customer services and the issue was updated and amended in now time at all and my ticket confirmations resent. Simple non confusing website. Decent price paid for tickets and tickets received on time.
When I arrived at the theater to collect my tickets they did not have them to hand. A brief frantic moment of panic ensued but they were able to figure out the problem and resolve the issue after a phone call to Gotickets. I was very stressed at the beginning but the show was very good.
