We were told we would get a refund as they had been let down with tickets and I have experienced the same as everyone else. Answer machine telling you to call back when they should be open. Obviously we have been ripped off!

Purchased Robbie William tickets in November 2016. Nothing received, website down, answering machine on phone number and email bouncing back! Have reported them to the police fraud line (www.actionfraud.police.uk). If you are in the same situtation, please report it - hopefully something can be done!

No G N R tickets and show is in 3 days. Gone past the point of being worried straight to upset. Not only did i pay £450 as i wanted golden circle BUT they have been my favorite band since i can remember and its a dream i never thought was going to come true. Now im starting to think the dream has been crushed! PLEASE HELP ANYONE! Any info about how to get tickets or/refund

Tickets not received.
3 emails and phone calls yesterday.
No response.
I suspected they have ceased trading.
Today noted website pulled.
This is my first and last experience of paying for event tickets online.
Total cost £405 fortunately i paid by credit card, so hopefully i can make a claim for this loss.
Go tickets uk is a limited company so no claim with them.
They were still trading yesterday taking your money.
Be Aware when buying event tickets online!

Purchased a gnrs ticket for this friday coming and yet to recieved tickets.
Tried calling all day and all im getting is our office is closed but open monday - friday 10am-4pm. Yet it was inbetween them times ive called. Been emailing them since thursday last week still havent heard a thing. Now im upset that im not gonna get my ticket and im loosing out on seeing a band ive waited years to get a ticket for. Im gonna be contacing trading standards about this company and recommened everyone else does aswell. As this company seemed to of messed about alot of people. Doesnt even deserve a 1 rating. Shambles.

Happy to take nearly £300 for 2 guns n roses tickets for June 16th. Tell you you'll have 10-14 days before. Text you to say they'll be delayed 11 days before then ignore e mails, messages, tweets and when you ring at 1pm on a Monday your told the office is closed ring during office hours. MON-Fri 10-6 by all accounts. Lying thieving pathetic excuse of a "company". Everywhere I can complain I wiil. Total crap!

Waiting for tickets for Friday Guns and Roses concert 16th June in London Olympic Stadium. Today the 12th. Four emails, no reply. No answer on phone, same message We are closed at weekends open Monday to Friday 10 till 4. Late Monday same message on phone. Not happy. I bought 2 tickets to guns and roses and the concert is this Friday. Iv not received my tickets. Iv had no contact from them other than a text sayin my tickets were delayed. You can't txt this number bk and wen I ring them it's an answering machine telling you to ring bk during opening hours. Iv been to the office block and it seems like a $#*! hole I'll be going bk soon to smash the place to bits if my tickets don't turn up in time... $#*! gotickets thieving $#*!s how can they get away with this blatant theft from hard working people who have probably sacrificed a lot to pay these silly prices and for what? I paid twice face value for sold-out Demon Dayz festival tickets in March. After reading online that other people had begun receiving their tickets to the festival while I had not, I contacted Go Tickets enquiring when mine would arrive.

I was informed via e-mail that the tickets would be mailed out 10-14 days before the event. I later received a text message telling me that the tickets had been delayed but would be dispatched on the 3rd of June (one week before the event).

When I didn't receive any conformation of the tickets being dispatched, I e-mailed again asking where they were. I had a reply the next day telling me that they had "somehow oversubscribed the allocation of seats in your chosen seating row" (despite this being a festival that doesn't have assigned seating) and I was being given a refund instead.

All this FOUR DAYS BEFORE THE CONCERT!

I have also lost £66 on coach tickets as a result, as TicketPlan Group won't provide a refund despite my buying TicketPlan Protection and providing evidence that my festival tickets have been cancelled.

I bought tickets in January was told they were physical. I asked when they would arrive I was told 10 to 14 days before concert. Two weeks before received texts and emails saying tickets on there way. On the Sunday whilst away two days before concert told the tickets were no longer coming. I am disgusted in the way I have been treated. Still no refund £191 do not use this company

It appears that this company are not doing there job. I ordered tickets for Robbie Williams in June and booked them in November last yearn £82 for one standing ticket. They sent me and email and text saying not enough tickets from supplier. Now awaiting a refund 7 to 10 working days. Which runs out next Tuesday. I will report to watchdog and we all should and the police.

Tickets to see Robbie in Southampton on 6th June were bought for me as an Xmas present. Nothing received 31st May so chased them via their message service on website as couldn't get hold of them by phone. Was told they would be sent on 1st June and I would be sent a text message with tracking information. Still nothing received on 3rd June so chased again via email and explained that we would be travelling down to Southampton on 5th June as had booked a hotel. Received an email from them on the Sunday evening, but didn't see it until Monday morning as had gone to junk mail. We were advised our seat and row were over subscribed and would get a refund. We had general admission tickets - no seats! They were still selling tickets on 5th June! Now we can't get hold of them to advise them that the card the tickets were paid for on is no longer valid as it was lost. So who knows if we will get a refund! Steer well clear of this company...
