Be warned, do not use GO TICKETS IN MANCHESTER, total scam, happy to take money but have not received tickets for my husbands birthday present. They do not answer the phone, do not answer emails - I have now reported them to the POLICE!
I bought my cancer stricken wife tickets for take that june 16th, they never turned up and all my emails get returned by mailer demon.

Having the same issue with tickets for Southampton on 6th June. Looks like web site has gone. Should have had refund by yesterday. Taking it further as you are, contacting Watchdog and bank to revoke payment from last December. Thanks and stick together.

I did get my Money back from Banks but should been SCAMMERS GO TICKET MANCHESTER to REFUND and lot more People have Lost Money through this CON COMPANY
Just update today got E-Mail from Action Police Fraud who I reported it to says not got enough Evidence from People to Send to Police Fraud Team I sent E-Mail back to say go on Web Site off
GO TICKETS+TRUSTPILOT they will see lot People did say Reported this SCAM Company
So To get this Company Prosecuted we need more People to report them to Action Police Fraud
Otherwise they are rubbing Hands all way to BANK

DO NOT USE. Tickets did not arrive, website and phone line closed down. If you are part of their scam, report it to your bank and Action Fraud as you will get a reference number.
Yes Go Tickets has kept our money - told us a few days before the Gorillaz gig they had no tickets - seems like they used our card details to buy other stuff for themselves. Going through the bank to sort this one out.
Report to fraud squad and police for credit cards and bank for debit to call cash back. We have not received our guns and roses tickets either. There were still tickets on live nation I believe.
Robbie williams, I brought as Christmas present for my husband, one week to go before the event and no tickets, phone lines and web site are down and cannot get hold of anyone. Very disappointed. It's fraud

Reported them to action fraud, suggest you all do the same, the more that report the better chance action will be taken
Got an email the same as a few others saying I would receive a refund still not got one sent 4 emails and rang loads of times and its always an answer machine, just put a claim in with the bank:-(

No tickets for Cliff Concert June 2017. Very sad as special occasion. Found out they are a scam. I believe at last the authorities have been able to take down their website. Look at their Facebook page. Disgusting that it had been allowed to go on for such a long time and cause a lot of suffering and disappointment
Bought tickets for my mums 80th birthday she followed cliff from her teenager years, now trying to fine 2 more tickets so I don't have to disappoint her, feel totally gutted
I also have not received my Guns and Roses tickets. Have reported to trading standards. Shall report to the police too. I also had emails from a Vanessa Porter. I have spoken to my bank but have to go back after concert date so hopefully will get my £263 back.
I paid £273 to see Guns n Roses this Friday. Tickets haven't arrived. Have sent numerous emails with no replies. Phone on permanent answer machine saying office closed. Website and office email addresses have been pulled today. This clearly isn't a going out of business issue. It is fraud. Comments on here very helpful re reporting to Police. Person I dealt with at Go Tickets was Vanessa Porter (Customer Care Team!). Is she part of the scam? Can anyone throw any light? Good luck everybody in bringing these b*stards to task.

Still no tickets the webpage has been pulled the email address bounces back and cant get hold on the phone and judging by the reviews on here I wont be receiving them either. I have contacted the police and also my bank who will only be able to look into this after the date of the concert which is next week. I WILL make sure I get a refund one way or another. Totally learnt my lesson will only be using ticketmaster from now on!
Hi there just to let you know this company is a fraudulent company and if you have purchased tickets, then sadly you won, t be recieving them. Myself and my husband have been trying for 2weeks to get our Guns n Roses tickets which was bought as a valentines present. My husband has spoken with the police and they have given us a crime reference number to use for contacting our credit card company. Hope this information helps and stops this company taking other peoples money.

I have reported this company to police and my bank as they are fradusters. I would highly recommend that you do not go anywhere near this company. The website, email address and phone number have all been taken down. They will steal your money and I am urging you all to go to the police or actionfraud.police.uk so they can build an investigation into this.
