Has anyone booked to go and see Adele 1st July? Still waiting for tickets and by reading looks like they will be a no show! Debating if I buy more tickets from viagogo?
Booked with them 5 months ago, received confirmation and seat allocation, everything looked fine.
When I chased up the tickets last month I received a prompt email response telling me they would be dispatched 10-14 days prior to the event. Today, however, the web site and phone lines are closed and no sign of cliff Richard tickets for next weekend.
Scammed by a shameless company. Even their sales lines are dead now!
Again as others bought Robbie Williams tickets was told over subscribed and would get a refund - nothing arrived!
Been scammed by this website, I would not have found out but for the horrendous happenings at the Manchester Arena! Please leave well alone, website has gone, I have informed my credit card company and am waiting for fraud people to contact me.
I've fallen victim to this site to for Bananarama tickets for concert in November 17. Thankfully credit card I paid on will sort but not until after the concert date has past even though their website dosnt exist anymore. Sickening isn't it. There should be a 0 star option by the way!

Bought Robbie Williams tickets last November for June 3rd Manchester. Was told a week b4 event we should get refund cuz of over subscribed tickets. Needless to say I had to contact my bank to get dispute for my refund. These people take money fraudulently. No intention of sending tickets. Next time will use reputable company.
I ordered tickets for Cliff Richard concert and at the time the staff at Go Tickets were very helpful, finding me an end of row seat. They emailed me the receipt and verbally gave me the seat numbers and said tickets would be sent out. I still do not have tickets and when I tried to Email and/or phone it does not exist! I have now reported this company to Action Fraud. I am going to hunt down the MD whose name is VALBONA GJOKA and apparently is still trading
My daughter bought 3 tickets to go see the gorilaz for her and her friends and the day before the event they emailed her saying that they had over sold on tickets and that she would receive a refund as stated in her agreement. The total cost was £209 for 3 tickets. Since then we have had no contact from them, they are not replying to our emails. The phone number is no longer in use and their website has been taken down. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM.
Had no correspondence since February 2017. Emailed 19th June as not received confirmation email of where to collect tickets and collection voucher for the box office. Emails returned! No website!
I have not received my tickets for Cliff Richard! I have now put Trading Standards in the picture and the police awaiting for meeting with fraud officer!
Doesn't even deserve 1 star! My mum and I bought tickets for my dad for Robbie Williams for 23rd June, Its now 20th June and no tickets in sight! We were told they would arrive a week before so have been patiently waiting for them to come in the post. 3 days before, NO TICKETS. The website has been removed, phone lines are down and no way of contacting them. THEY HAVE TAKEN £370 OF OUR MONEY AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE: when we checked our online banking the company the money goes to is 'SKINTERNATI' is that some kind of sick joke? Now we are £370 down and my poor dad doesn't get to see his Idol! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Just found out today that this a rip off. I paid £143 for 2 x linking park tickets luckily by credit card. I have reported this dodgy scam. The payment is against a company called TWS Store.

I brought Guns n Roses tickets from this site back in April for Friday 16th June
The tickets had not come a week before so I called them. All I had was an answer machine, no response to my emails and today the website has disappeared.
I have informed action fraud and my bank.
These people should be ashamed of themselves
350 euro wasted on these $#*!ing scammers. Reported to action fraud. Was going to be my first festival.
