Been 8 days since I was told it would be between 5 to 7 days before I got it - just e mailed them back but now considering other action.

Paid £896 for 4 tickets to Celine Dion, on 5th August. Absolutely distraught,
How can this be allowed. Unfortunately I paid by debit card and won't be refunded.

Agree with all the above scammed out of £400 for robbie Williams at the stadium oplympic park credit csrd dealing with go tickets.

If you paid by other means I think you can kiss goodbye to it. I even emailed the CEO you can search for him on company house

If you have used your credit card call them and ask to make a Section 75 claim they will have to send out documents for you to complete as Barclaycard have for me, I have also sent an online complaint to Trading Standards as their telephone system is shocking. I hope people are able to reclaim something, Fraudulent companies like this do not deserve to get away with it.

Apply through your credit card company you have to put in a claim to get your money back

Exactly the same over 10days now and no refund or reply to emails or calls absolutely disgustingcan anyone advise me as to what sction i could take i cant afford to lose £191!?

I've got feeling we all won't get a refund as they are not replying to emails or picking the phones up
