I bought 2 tickets to see Norah Jones £128 at Summerset House I was very excited. I became concerned as I did not receive anything about a week before. I tried to email and had a email demon reply saying there was an error. I then called and had a message saying they were closed on the weekend which I thought was strange so I called Monday and it was just a answer machine message on a loop so I knew I had been scammed. It's really horrible and I feel very upset. Please be careful don't buy from these scum bags.

As alot of other people I booked u2 tickets for 8/7/17 for my son & me, & waited for the tickets to arrive, & as we all know they never did, what pisses me off is We've missed out on a once in a lifetime experience that we can never get back, we were both really looking forward to. Would like to say how impressed I was with HSBC for crediting my account, within a day of reporting, even though I thought I might struggle, as id paid with a debit card, cheers, but dosent make up for what we've missed out on

Hey Everyone, I´m writing to say that I was also scammed by this MFs... Bought 2 tickets to see Foster The People at 100£ which never arrived and never had an answer back from the company, Luckily Lloyds refunded me on my Debit Card within 3 working days I was very glad with the Bank but so dissapointed as Me and My Wife were going to celebrate our marriage aniversarie on the the gig which we have never been to and will not be for a lilltle longer now thanks to this company that should be punished and diserves 0 stars, I´ll never again buy a ticket if not from ticket master or the oficial event website better not to get the tickets than to get just a hope for them.

My daughter purchased 3 tickets costing over £560.00 to see Coldplay on the 8th July in Dublin. She checked the reviews and everything seemed above board so she paid for them with her debit card as she doesn't have a visa. We booked flights and hotels from Newcastle and waited for out tickets. We were told they'd arrive 10-14 days before the concert and as of last Friday they were nowhere to be seen. We soon realised we'd been had when the e-mail came back as no longer valid and the phone number kept cutting off. So with less than a week to go before the concert it has cost me a further £431.00 to purchase GENUINE tickets as we didn't want to waste the flights and hotel. I have reported these thieving t***ts to the online police fraud and have since sent a long detailed e-mail to Rogue Traders. I'm gutted for my daughter as she feels totally responsible for something that wasn't her fault! This trip has cost us over £1500 which neither of us can afford. I'm not a nasty person but I hope these people rot in hell and die a slow painful death...

We purchased Coldplay tickets for over £250.00 for their concert in Cardiff next week. Less than a week before the concert alarm bells started ringing because the tickets hadn't arrived yet.
If you phone the number on the confirmation email it says "sorry the office is closed, call us between 9am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday". It is currently 9.41am on a Thursday so they should be very much open.
If you try to email either the support or orders help email address, it immediately bounces back to say that the domain goticketsuk.com does not exist.
Before purchasing tickets from this website we checked their reviews and they were positive. Presumably faked. Google this company today and all you will find is review like mine where people have been scammed.

You don't buy In this company is a really big mistake they take 738 pound's for Adele concert the tickets never arrived no contact with the company to email or the number that they give me for contact them I'm really angry and frustrated is a lot of money that I don't have it was 4 tickets for my friend's it was a favour that I make for them because they live in colombia and I bought the tickets for them and now I have to lose all this money this is soo bad

Absolutely Gutted I have been fooled by these Scam Artists. Booked 2 tickets to watch Linkin Park ( a dream of mine for over 10 years!) this Thursday, had confirmation email, money went out and expected tickets to arrive 1-2 weeks before concert. Started to panick last week when no tickets had arrived. Emailed support today and it bounced back. Rang them and the offices are closed (Monday 12:30pm) even though the message says open mon-fri 10am-4:30pm. Then tried website and no luck. So looked at reviews and found so many others in the same position. Want the money back for sure but more gutted I now wont get to see 1 of my favourite bands that I have been looking forward too for ages :(

I bought 2 Tickets for Linkin Park as a birthday present to a friend for tonight at the o2, £162.00 when they hadn't turned up this morning I tried contacting them to find there offices were closed & since found out that the same amount was with drawn just after by a company called "Kin Payment" (A. B. C. AGRICULTURAL BANK of CHINA) & there's nothing I can do about it. Hope someone finds them & gives them what they deserve & that none of you get done by these FRAUDSTERS

Just found out that this GoTickets company (ARSEHOLES) are a fraud and I have already paid $AUD160 for my ticket and was wondering why I had not received delivery as yet. I TRIED TO SEND THEM AN EMAIL & IT BOUNCED BACK SAYING IT WAS NOT FOUND! I leave Australia tomorrow and also have already booked/paid for my return train & accommodation to travel from London to Birmingham on the day! WHAT THE $#*!, I AM SO $#*!ING PISSED OFF!
What do I do next?

Bought Linkin Park tickets for a total of £310 from this company in April. Everything seemed fine, smooth booking process, their customer services even took the time to phone me and speak in person after an initial email request to change the delivery address. Since then, when I was informed that the tickets would arrive around 10-12 days before the event, I have heard nothing. When trying to contact them via phone and email and getting nowhere, plus seeing their site was down I searched for this company and saw reports of complaints on the West Mercia Police website, and have now reported them. 1 star is too much for these crooks.

Ordered 2 tickets on 07/06 to see Celine Dion on the 01/08 and paid £428. Due to the sad circumstances that happened at Manchester Arena the concert got moved to Leeds on the 02/08 and everyone that had purchased tickets from MEN ARENA received an email saying they will get a refund and will have to purchase new tickets. I dud NOT receive any email this is when i found out the website had closed down, phone number just repeated same message and emails kept bouncing back. NOT happy very upset. Credit card company refusing to refund money for time been because they still think I'm going to receive tickets for a non existing concert... very annoyed

I bought 2 tickets for myself and my husband to watch Robbie Williams on Friday, 23rd June 2017 in London Olympic Stadium. I was told 2 months before the concert that I should receive my tickets a week before the event by post - this did not happen! I called them immediately, however the number was not existent and emails kept on bouncing back to me (the email address I used before and got response on regarding timing of tickets delivery)! Their website had also disappeared. Thankfully our bank gave us a refund but this absolutely ruined my mood and prevented me from watching one of my fav singers live! I wish I could not even give them a 1 star - ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTERS, STAY AWAY!

I ordered tickets in December for my wife's Christmas present to see Cliff Richard.
Everything seemed fine until I tried to contact them to find out when I would get the tickets.
Website down, phones no longer being answered all means they are a big scam.

I have reported this to Action Fraud and to my Credit Card company so I should at least get my money back.
I managed to find tickets elsewhere but not the seats I had originally wanted.

Booked with them 5th May to see Bananarama in November, everything looked fine, i was wanting to book for another concert yesterday & was looking at my ususal sites I go to & remembered them, couldnt find them & alarm bells were starting to ring & came across this site. I know now i have been scammed Never thought it would ever happen to me, but there you go, Never rush into booking anything with a company you have never heard of or dealt with in the past, even if they have good ratings on Trust Pilot which were fake too.
