I purchased tickets for demon dayze & have been fed line upon line of utter bull$#*! either via text or e-mail when i try to contact them on the customer service number i just sit in a Q for hours! Their address does exsist however it it is shared by another 31 companies! The director of the company is a Mrs Valbona Gjoka she is from Albania and is also a web designer thus the professional looking site, please don't purchase from here and put the scum out of business. Thanks have a good day :)

The same is happening to me today. After getting an email a few days back to say my tickets were going to be posted now it seems that there are no more available tickets. I am interested to know if people actually ever got their refund?

This company does not even deserve a 1* rating more like a 0! Bout tickets to receive an email days before the event to say they have over subscribed the event and I couldn't go and I would receive a refund luckily I knew of someone selling some and we still went but I still have not had my refund and am out of pocket still hoping I will get my money back not looking hopefull Absolute joke needs closing down!

Robbie Tickets

The same as everyone it seems -bought Robbie tickets for Edinburgh email last night saying no tickets and I'll get a refund no one there today to speak to and no reply to any emails but quick to reply last week when I chased the tickets telling me I'll have them after the 3 June, I've managed to buy other tickets as this was a xmas present for my mum didn't want her disappointed. Totally unacceptable that they can do this to so many people but after reading all below my worry is will we all even get a refund? Had the company gone bust is this why they aren't picking the phone up or emailing anyone back after the refund emails. Has anyone spoke to them about the refund?

Paid £191 for 2 Robbie Williams tickets. Paid in full, and then " DAYS before the concert in Southampton on 6th June - im emailed to say they have not got enough tickets! 'Apparently' i will get a full refund within 10 days... we shall see!

Booked Robbie Williams tickets in December for the 6th June (tomorrow) and after chasing constantly we received an email last night to say they were over subscribed and wouldnt be sending the tickets... but its okay as we could have a refund! I have booked the week off work and flights, this company is a disgrace and should not be used! Doesnt even justify a 1 star rating!

Like many others who have left reviews, booked Robbie Williams tickets for Southampton on 6th June well over 6 months ago. Got texts from 26th May onwards saying delays in sending out tickets. Still no tickets by 3rd June so chased up. Late on 4th June got an email saying they will be refunding my money as there are actually no tickets as 'the supplier has somehow oversubscribed the allocation of seats in your chosen seating row'! Funny that as we didn't even have allocated seats, we were just on general admission for the stadium! How come the site was still selling tickets for the same concert only a few hours earlier the same day, i. E. on 4th June?! So basically GoTickets have had an interest free loan of my money for over 6 months and it's now too late to be able to buy tickets from elsewhere. Plus apparently I won't get my refund for a further 7-10 days! Surely once tickets are purchased they should be considered to be already allocated? Won't be buying from this site again, extremely disappointing, don't know how these companies get away with treating their customers in this way - my friends and I booked time off work to go, there should be compensation for disappointment and inconvenience in addition to the tickets refund.

Booked and paid for in November for Robbie Williams at St Mary's Southampton.
Got Texts one week before saying there was a delay in sending out tickets. Only for them to send an email on Sunday to say they will be issuing a refund as tickets are over subscribed. (Oh yea really). Who's sending the emails, as there is no one in their offices until Monday 10.00am
Anyway avoid Go Tickets at all costs guys.

Booked Southampton Robbie Williams tickets around 6 months ago. Emailed several weeks back to ensure they were in process, assured all guest names would be added to tickets. Running up to event SMS said delay in dispatch but assure they would be dispatched 30/5/17 which close to event, but at least assured they were on the way. 4/6/17 i. E. Day before and with no option for alternative informed by email (in response to a further query the previous day) that they were oversold and therefore could not be provided. Awaiting refund of all costs.

Booked tickets in December last year and have just received an email five days before the concert saying that the seats are over subscribed it is a total disgrace. We were having a full weekend away have had to cancel my hotel as well. Will not be using this company again.

Same as others, paid 6 months in advance for Edinburgh, 10 days before concert note stating delay in tickets issue, they are on the way, five days before, note saying no tickets, refund will be 7 to 10 days. Total disgust.

Booked the wrong date to see Eric Clapton. Contacted Vanessa on the online portal and resolved the problem in a professional manner and got a speedy response I may add. The problem was rectified without too many obstacles and the services received was first class.

Hats off to the response I got when I lost my booking confirmation emails for Take That, Sandra from customer services rectified the problem and resent them over to me very quickly and was very polite in the process. Yes will use again!

Charged twice for my booking which was rather annoying. Even more annoying I still had to wait another 6 days for the funds to show back in my account. However in defence customer services did fix the problem relatively quickly.

Exactly same thing happened to me. My husband booked and paid for tickets in January. Confirmed in February and told will get week before. However received email to say no tickets and refunded. I have been in touch with company but not very helpful. They are still selling tickets for same area my were. Won't use again and going to complain until get tickets. It was for my birthday to.

I received and email in the 29th May saying that I have been given a refund for my Robbie Williams tickets on the 3rd June. I was devastated as I had previously emailed to ask where they were and then received a message that they would be sent out on the 26th May. Just to make matters worse I won't get a refund for 7-10 days. Such poor service, they took the money straight away but I have to wait 7-10 working days. Fortunalty I have sourced some more but seats are not as good, this was a present for my boyfriends 40th birthday. I won't be using this company again.

Awful service still waiting for someone to answer either my email or the bloody phone regarding Robbie Williams ticket.
Quick enough to take the money but slow in replying. Been on the phone since 10 and spent 1hr on the phone yesterday. Awful would definitely not recommend
