One week before the Robbie Williams concert I was told my tickets have been cancelled. This is not acceptable. I booked these 2 seats 6 months aho. Very upsetting

Hi I reported go tickets uk last year to the action fraud line because I'd paid £145 for Robbie Williams tickets which I never received. Today I received a letter saying it is now in the hands of the metropolitan police. They are being investigated and all their sites have been closed down i know i wont get my money back but at least they won't be able to rip anyone else off

I got exactly the same email from James Green had false email from Vanessa Porter also promised everything is on schedule for receiving my tickets on Saturday this week end.
I stayed at home did not take my little boy swimming on Saturday so that I was home to sign for the tickets.
And now nothing.

Cancelled due to oversubscribing of seating, they knew this last week and decided to send an e-mail on a Bank Holiday when the business is closed. Bloody cowards I got my new tickets from gemein.com they have some which are not as good as my original ones but not bad.

Can anyone please help me or advise me my mum purchased 2 Robbie Williams Tickets from this awful scamming company and we've still had no refund nobody answering the phone lines and emails aren't getting through what can we do can anyone please advise us

As I wrote earlier, I got the same email about tickets been refunded, but now they are not givibg my money back! Said they will give it faster than 7-10 days, answered me it will be 5-7 working days!
They are not picking phone up, not answering to emails! 240£ is not small money and I'm not gonaa give it to them as a present!

Email today saying they have over booked for a concert in 4 days. An absolute disgrace poor apology saying will refund, can't explain how angry I am

Told today four days before the event couldn't get tickets. Well out of pocket with hotel etc. Never ever use them again

Less than one week before the concert we had booked to see we are contacted by go tickets to tell us they don't have our tickets and they are unable to get tickets from another supplier as it is too close to the event. This is the only contact from them in three months.

Brought some Springsteen Wembley tickets which sold out very quick. Tickets received registered post about 2 weeks before the start of the event. The event was unbelievable had a great night!

You can rely on this company everything on time and no issues! Recommended ticket services will use again in the future!

A VERY INFORMATIVE SITE, LOCATED GOOD SEATS AND BOOKED WITHIN 5 MINS. TICKETS ARRIVED AND THE CONCERT WAS VERY ENJOYABLE. WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR FUTURE SHOWS!

Tickets arrived very late which was very frustrating. Had to keep phoning the company everyday to see when my tickets will arrive which was very annoying. Finally arrived apparently they were sent to the wrong address... Not sure what to believe however all good in the end!
