My issue with Robbie Williams booking was resolved quickly. The company ticket prices are a lot cheaper than other ticket sites.
Robbie tickets arrived today but customer services are appalling. I have been kept on the phone yesterday for well over an hour with no response. I understand they may be busy but the phones should be answered or employ more staff in your call centre.
Customer services rep Vanessa was a star, she quickly and efficiently changed the delivery option to collect pickup tickets from the box office which saved a lot of hassle for me. Terrific service received and collected the tickets all ok!
Like lots of other people I ordered and paid for Robbie Williams tickets months ago, received a text message informing me the postage of the tickets had been delayed but not to worry they would be posted the following week, then 4 days before the concert I received an email saying they had been over subscribed and would refund my money in 10 days, absolutely disgraceful my money has been sat in there bank account for months! I would give them a zero if I could
Purchased tickets in Nov for Robbie Williams got an EMAIL bank holiday Monday to say they have oversold (how can you oversell and not know for five months) Wont answer the phone and have to wait 10 days for a refund DONT USE THIS SITE

My partner reciving Texts saying our tickets were ready to be dispatched to then get a text telling him to check his emails to read we don't have our tickets that he purchased in December for my Christmas present and we have to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund. Absolute joke.
What about the people that have booked time off work for this that now they can't cancel cos it's to short notice and other people are in to cover there shift. Are you going to refund that too.
What about thw tickets that you still have on sale why have we not been offered them?

I had to make an alteration to collect my tickets at the venue box office which was simple to request after I made my booking. Customer services are very efficient and dealt with my request appropriately. Was sent information on collection a week before the event and everything went smoothly on collection!
Good ticket company to use, the site is easy to navigate and book online. My only grip is tickets are sent out very close to the event which can be frustrating at times, however they always turn up.
Gotickets was accommodating for a group booking for Robbie Williams. I had to complete this booking over the telephone but on the whole a pleasant experience. Would recommend this company for large bookings and good customer services!
First time I have used Gotickets and I was a little apprehensive but it all worked out fine. Good seats received, good communication and kept well informed. Will recommend this company on service and prices..
Finally got my Bruno Mars tickets through the post a few days ago in readiness for next week. Very excited to see him live. Thankyou Gotickets for a good service.
My tickets for the Robbie Williams Manchester have only just arrived which was rather nerve racking. It was not the best experience to be kept waiting but all looking forward to the concert.

I made a mistake on my Take That booking and put an incorrect address somehow. Called customer services and a nice young lady called Vanessa rectified this problem for me, and resent a copy of my confirmation emails with the correct details within 10 minutes. A big thank you to Vanessa.
Was informed yesterday that my tickets I bought for my boyfriend Christmas present in November were no longer available... how disgusting giving a few days notice... 7 to 10 day refund policy... this company should be closed down. They have held our money in there bank account for 7 months. Nice little earner! Luckily we found new tickets closer and cheaper no thanks to them
Why will you not answer the telephone, i have been on hold for 20mins now i will not give up untill i get answers. Your service is disgusting and we all want answers. You were quick to take my money but it will take upto 10 working days to give it me back what about if i want to get tickets from else were what about my money you robbing arsholes...
Same as others booked tickets in Dec 16 as Xmas present for wife and friend. Told yesterday over subscribed so no tickets! Also claimed they could not get replacement seats... BUT, they are still selling seats even now on their web site for the same venue and date... Disgrace...
I booked with this company to see Robbie Williams in Manchester 6 months before the concert and 4 days before they emailed me to say that my seats had been oversubscribed and they had issued a refund. How they are allowed to take your money and then resell your seats is an absolute disgrace. It seems to be common practice with this company. Think twice before using this GO TICKETS
Do not book with this company I booked 5 months ago and four days before say they oversubscribed the tickets. An absolute joke I am disgusted with this and will be taking it further I hope everyone else that has complained before me on this site will also take action.
Please report your experience and losses to Action Fraud UK website and speak to advisor or fill in on line report. Very easy. Might not get your money back but will help any investigation into this disgusting scam.
Answer: Been 8 days since I was told it would be between 5 to 7 days before I got it - just e mailed them back but now considering other action.
