Your company is fantastic for sturdy reasonably prices glasses, for reading and distance. Your company is much less than fantastic when doing bi-focals...The bi-focal insert bit in the bottom of the glasses is jammed right up against the inside rim of the glasses, on each eye frame. Makes it very hard to use for reading with the bi-focal. If your team can figure out how to make that insert lens move more to the middle of the lens, I would buy every bi-focal from your company and recommend your company to all of my colleagues. Until that issue can get solved though, I can only recommend your glasses for individual reading, or individual distance lenses...
I got two pair of glasses, much cheaper than they would have been at my eye dr. the prescription is great. I will have to take both pairs in to be adjusted for fit though, as even though the measurement sizes are the same, one fits tightly and squeezes above my ears and the other is loose and falls off when i lean forward. I know this is adjustable, it's just irritating, and something i don't think can be controlled for in an online order.
The shipper tracking number showed the date that GlassesUSA said it shipped the glasses, and the date, 8 days later, that the shipper said it received the glasses, and the date, 3 days later, that the glasses were delivered to me.

Progressive lens glasses arrived in good packaging and undamaged. Glasses came with some fitting instructions and other info. After some minor adjustments, glasses are comfortable and I'm able to view as well as if not better than office purchased glasses (with lined bifocal lenses), which were approximately $160 more expensive than the glassesusa specticals. I'm pleased with my purchase through glassesusa and will be using again in the future.
I damaged the first pair I got and only wanted to order a replacement - no changes to style, type of glasses, prescription, etc... it was very difficult to do as it made me run through the entire order process, which I thought was unnecessary since I had already provided all the info needed with my first order.
I am pleasantly surprised that it was so very easy to get prescription glasses online. I am still a little amazed. My prescription was filled perfectly.
Glasses are great however they will blow up your email and text with non stop "sales" afterwards. Every dang day. So you will have to unsubscribe and block as soon as you get your oreder.

A bit of a delay, but got the new glasses
Glasses USA is so fast, easy and has lots of options for frames! Also, once I received, I put in a claim with my vision insurance and they reimbursed me for what was covered within a week.
Quick process and easy to navigate. The quality is exactly what you pay for which is great. And came in it's original case!
I will probably never buy glasses in a physical store again.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
