I've brought maybe 10 pairs of glasses and sun glasses from GlassesUSA the last few years and never had a problem.
Decent selection of frames, prices, etc. I wish I could order lenses with a specific level of tinting. Had to exchange my glasses for the same with a different prescription and so far the return policy is much better than EZContacts. If all plays out as I anticipate, I will be a repeat customer.
Nice collection and easy process to order. I would say less time consuming than sitting at the optometrist shop. I would like to add, if we can sync up with insurance companies like the optometrist does that would be great. And also the insurance companies don't give rebate for online ordering. So if you could work out with insurance companies, i believe you would be able to pull lot kore people to your site.
My glasses, while they look good, may be the wrong prescription! I ordered no-line bifocal glasses, and the glasses I received give me headaches and the different lenses do not line up properly with my eyes!
Just need to confirm that sunglasses will have scratch resistant coating
Good Glasses, Unfortunate Packaging
The glasses themselves are fantastic. However, the packaging left much to be desired. The case arrived smashed, likely due to the lack of proper protection during transit. To my surprise, the glasses were delivered in a simple plastic bag, and the original box containing the case and frame was missing.
I believe that the fragility of frames demands more careful packaging to ensure they reach customers in pristine condition. While I'm pleased with the product, I hope the company considers enhancing its packaging methods to match the quality of its eyewear.
First off the return process is very complicated and I think it's part of their business plan. The 2 pairs of glasses I purchased were terrible. They're made of cheap plastic and do not stay on your head. It was a waste of money and I will be going somewhere else to get a pair that works. I did try and go through their support before writing this review and that was just a waste of time.

Super easy access and easy ordering! The deals are amazing!
This is the second pair of prescription sunglasses I've ordered from GlassesUSA and I'm beyond happy with both pairs. 10/10 will buy again.
I placed order from 12/15. Glassesusa promises 1-3 business days; 3-6 business days; 5-7 business days about 30 times but now I haven't delivered my order. I bought more $1000 in there and receive no respects. One order( non-prescription) needs 4 weeks to processing! I haven't placed the order like this before. Worst company! ( I reviewed 1 star this company on trustpilot but after I told them I reviewed 1 star on Trustpilot so on next 1 day my review was be deleted 😂)
On the below photos I attached have one that is promised on 1/9 to finish my order but now 1/10 I haven't seen any information about my shipment. I can' believe in this company anymore. It's a scam.

They received my glasses back and have still not provided a refund - I have called numerous times - no supervisor can respond, no one can give me a straight answer - they go round and round. Their 100% price back guarantee is BS. I am out $186 as I type this and nothing in hand = Theft!
I ordered my glasses on 12/4/2023 and never got them. I contacted them by chat and phone. Last communication was 12/18 and the email they sent did not go into any details. So I contact them again and each time they said they would have someone contact me within 24 to 48 hours on the status or issue; every time still nothing. They even said they would give it to their supervisor and have headquarters contact me, still nothing. So, one month and 2 days later, I requested my money back. I finally got it. Thank goodness. Hopefully, I would not shop here in the future.

I had glasses that didn't look right on me so I returned them no questions asked. I got my new ones a week and a half after that and they fit great.
She is very pleased with the fit and quality. We will be ordering again.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
