My order got here over three weeks after I placed it and I thought it was going to get lost. I didn't hear updates for weeks until just a few days ago.
But they finally arrived and while I love the return policy, I feel like glasses USA doesn't cater to small faces as much with their sizing. The lens look huge on my face.
The product met expectations, and so far, it hasn't shown the common issues of these online options (I purchased from another brand, and the protective layers started peeling when I tried to clean the lenses).
The lenses are comfortable and perfect for my prescription. It would be interesting if they offered a discount option for purchasing reading glasses for those who acquire progressive lenses.
It so nice just being able to punch in my parameters & shop from my home on my time. In person I'd have to walk and view all the glasses and not be able to just pick my specific wants in store. Plus paying with paypal is super quick. And the glasses are perfect as usual.
Found the coupon offers confusing, 50% off lenses were offered if I signed up for texts, which I did, but offer didn't show on checkout.

The frames are great they look nice on me, however the lenses are not the prescription I provided. I have to take frames to another eye glass place to have lenses replaced which will cost me more money. Can't wear my glasses for another month.

Ordered 2 pair of glasses on 1/11/24 and after my 8th call (1 just now) to their non existant customer service, they still don't know where they are, if they even have been made yet or when they will ship, if ever. They were quick to bill my insurance for 1 pair and my CC for the other but not so quick to refund. I recieved 4 emails over the weekend from 4 different people that all contradict each other. Speaking to a supervisor is like getting a bill passed in congress. If you monitor these sites, have Lissy Miller contact me with some answers other than I am "elevating" this to upper management as she told me last week.

The frames are quality, and the lenses are surprisingly accurate and exactly what was ordered. This is a step above from the others available on line. Would definybuy again and telling others if the satisfaction. Receive a good bit of compliments

This is the 3rd pair of glasses that I have ordered from GlassesUSA. Easy to order on their website and great quality. Very happy with the service.
I purchased my glasses received them on1/10/24 I did not like the look so I applied to return them. There is a 14 day return window. I didn't even as for a cash refund of the $269.15 I spent just a store credit so I could chose a different pair. I sent them back on1/12/24 using Happy Returns took to UPS got confirmation from both happy returns and a receipt from UPS. 9 days later still nothing in my email for my store credit. I used the "assistant" they use on the website asked about the status of my return entered all info and got sorry this return isn't accepted. No reason no nothing. So I tried calling them can't get a person, they say hit whatever number and we will send an SMS to your phone for a "live" chat received nothing. I emailed the *******@glassesusa.com got an email that they don't monitor that. So now I have no glasses, no store credit, or refund and I am out $269.15. And worst of all I can not get an answer from them because there is no way to contact a human. Do NOT buy from them! You will regret it if you have any sort of issue

I love my new glasses and the speed of delivery was exceptional!
This is the fourth time I have gotten Glasses from GlassesUSA and I always recommend them. The only issue I had this time was the time it took to receive them. That is the reason for the 4 stars. The glasses are great. I wish the blue blocking was a little cheaper is my only complaint because it makes such a tremendous difference when you are on the computer all day and night.
Easy order process and pretty quick delivery. They notify you all the way through to delivery. Love this!
My order is weeks old now. Going to their automated help just tells me my glasses "should" take "up to" six days to be ready to ship. It took me ages to get in touch with an actual person because the AI thing won't let you talk to someone without jumping through a LOT of hoops. I was told my "item" was being done (it's two pairs of glasses). Truth is they never started it despite the email I got weeks ago saying these were started. They offered me free shipping. That would be great….if they would ever get them done. Now the tracker says there was a delay because they want to make sure I get quality glasses which sounds like they found a quality issue and they needed to fix it without informing me of the delay but you can't tell me that two pairs of glasses (different frames) has issues. That was 2 days ago and nothing has changed. I'm sorry but glasses don't take six days. There are places that do them in about an hour. They could easily have bumped my orders into production and had them out the next day. If only 1 was done they could have shipped those so I have some glasses. But neither pair are ready.
Don't go here. Now I have to file fraud reports with my credit card company because all I'm getting is lies and runaround. I should have just bought somewhere local. Might cost more but glasses aren't cheap when you spend money for items that don't actually exist.

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
