Ordered 2 pairs of glasses. One never came but I was still charged and have so far been unable to get a refund. One pair came, I returned them and they say they haven't received them so again no refund. My only hope is that they use the $130 they stole off me to go toward training their incompetent and rude staff on the customer service phone line.
Ordered glasses that were supposed to go from clear to sunglasses in sunlight ($59 option) - received regular glasses, multiple attempts to address the issue with Glasses USA were ignored by them. I would not use them again ever under any circumstances. Their customer service is terrible.
I ordered a pair of glasses and after two weeks they came the wrong prescription. I called and the man i spoke to was very rude and acted like I was a huge inconvenience. He wouldn't help me, just told me to email the returns department. I had to wait 4 days for someone in the returns department to email me just saying to return the glasses. I wanted an exchange! Not a return! I still need glasses! I tried going on their facebook to tell them about it, I do this sometimes as a last resort. Usually that gets someone's attention and they can escalate my problem and i can get better help. I posted a reply to someone's comment advising them to use a different company, because glassesUSA has an F rating on the BBB, they got my prescription wrong and were rude about it. GlassesUSA not only ignored my concerns but called me a liar!

They tried to say I didn't "actually" purchase glasses with them. My bank statement says otherwise!
I believe they are still in business because they remove negative reviews wherever they can. Someone else had posted about their poor customer service experience on their facebook as well that morning, a few hours later it was gone, leaving only the positive ones.
They are incompetent. They say one thing and do another. I asked if they could replace lenses on glasses I had just ordered from them, sine I didn't like the blue blocker coating. They said "sure! Just send them in and we will replace the lenses for you. It will be easy" 3 weeks later after I sent my glasses in, they said they no longer make my frame and I'd have to pick another one. I have spent 1 month trying to get my money back because the card I used isn't valid anymore. They said they could refund to a PayPal account, then they said they couldn't. Go elsewhere!
Ordered prescription sunglasses and paid for them, received email telling me they couldn't make the glasses I ordered. Cancelled the order, received a call offering a discount if I reselected. I did, only to have them tell me they couldn't make those either. After cancelling a second time I made multiple calls to track down my refunds (Used two cards for the purchase). Finally told to wait 2 weeks. After two weeks I got one refund. Still waiting for the other. These people are clueless. You DO NOT want to do business with them.
The representative was able to help me choose a frame based on the one I was replacing. I got progressive and transitions. The payment plan was affordable. As soon as I made my last payment the glasses were delivered within a few days. The glasses fit me perfectly right out of the box.

My frames right temple fell off within a couple weeks. These are totally rimless. I had a pair of rimless glasses from Costco with I purchased 6 years ago. They have never broken. Glasses USA sent me screws to fix. Was the wrong screw. Went to my local optometrist and they fixed it free of charge. Thats service of which Glasses USA lacks. One more thing. When the says delivery in 3-6 days, they really mean 2 weeks.
DO NOT order from this company! To cancel or return orders are a nightmare. I cancelled an order within 24 hours because my prescription was incorrect. I told them NOT to process the order. On the phone I was told to expect my refund within days. I filled out the necessary on line paper work they require. I even received an email confirming the cancellation. I did not receive my refund. Instead, they processed the order, INSISTED on shipping it in order to get a refund. At the time of delivery, I was then to do all the on line paper work AGAIN, plus go to the effort of returning the glasses. They are slick and only interested in making sales. I believe they make cancellations and refunds so problematic that customers will give up and pay up. DO NOT TRUST TRUST THEM!
I have called and written NUMEROUS times, given them my order number verbally and in writing. Called again yesterday. Their associate told me their policy is to ship the glasses - even though I had cancelled the order within hours after placing it. Once the glasses are received, fill out their form (which I did right after cancelling the order). They are the MOST deceptive company I have ever encountered - one stall tactic after another - one dishonest assurance after another. Still NO refund. Their employees all say the same thing - scripted responses but NO resolution.

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. The results are there and the vast majority of our customers are very satisfied with our services. We heartily suggest trying our services and seeing for yourselves.
Answer: There should be, they are horrible! They have 0 customer service- you can not speak to a live person! It's totally automated and inefficient if you need help in anyway!

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
