It took months and 3 orders to get my order correct.
Was lured in by the 50% new customer coupon after buying from an online competitor for years. At first impressed. I liked the ease of using their website. Great selection. I went thru the entire process and ended up with $700+ Oakley glasses that would cost me about ~60% locally. I tried to use the 50% coupon and of course that didn't happen. I placed the order accidentally thinking that I'd be able to use the 50% coupon code at the end of the order process. It didn't happen. I was given a random $75 coupon or about 10% off vs 50%. I ended up 'chatting' with a BOT for awhile until I dropped a few F Bombs on the bot. Then I was connected to a seemingly polite CS person 'texting / chatting' with me. She offered another $75 off quickly, (interesting). I said NOPE. Rather than her cancelling my order, she sent me a Text Link to do this. Now I have to wait 7-10 Business days for the credit to hit my CC? What the...
I hate that US based companies have NO sense of the Value that REAL customer service associates Create for a company that TAKE phone calls and deal with CUSTOMERS Personally vs a BOT.
Bottom-line is I'm appalled at the owners of Glasses USA for their greed and lack of CS to Gain new business!

There was only 1 frame. Silver...oval. J was disappointed with that but I picked a pair and timely delivery!

I wish I had read the reviews first. I have NEVER dealt with such an UNETHICAL company and the "customer service" people they have working there. They gave me a complete run around to try to secure my money as a store credit yet wouldn't let me purchase the glasses I asked for. There is literally no one that can help. I spoke to 5 different people and each had something different to say. But only ONE PERSON COULD TAKE MY ORDER. VIOLET LEE? VIOLET LEE is the ONLY PERSON THAT COULD TAKE MY ORDER YET SHE HASN"T BEEN THERE IN OVER A WEEK TO TAKE MY CALLS OR ANSWER ONE OF MY 6 EMAILS? And when i spoke to VIOLET LEE's SUPERVISOR -MIKE - HE HUNG UP ON ME... The supervisior that should have fixed the mistake YOU ALL MADE... hung up on ME? Yall are sick. I want my money back and I hope you all get the karma you deserve for being lyers. Sick Sick people.

At first I received the glasses I was very happy with it, but after a month I saw that it is made of very poor quality, and you should replace it, they make it very difficult for you, so I do not recommend buying from them

I love Glasses USA and have used their service for a number of years. Prior to this order I have never had a problem. My new prescription sunglasses arrive as stated, on time. Unfortunately the glass case they come with had been mauled in some fashion during transportation. They were shipped in a plastic envelope thus leaving them at the mercy of the transit. The case, even though it is a hard case, was crushed and no longer closes as it once did. Fortunately, because the case is so hard, the glasses didn't sustain any injury or damage, they are fine. I tried them on, inspected them for any damage and found none. The reason for mentioning the damage to the glass case is for the purposes of providing feed back to the company. This will not deter me for future purchases.

Very fast delivery n great product. Will order another pair
I ordered 2 pair of glasses the last week of November and the site says 3-4 days for production and 7-10 for delivery. When I check order status it says there has been an unexpected delay and gives no additional information. I have tried chatting and calling and it is impossible to speak to a real person. The chat bot just tells you someone will email you within 2 days, but that does not happen. I have no eta for my glasses and it has been more than 4 weeks with no way to speak to someone to find out what the hold up is and when I can expect them to arrive. And yes, I was charged the day I ordered!

It took eleven days from order to delivery to receive the glasses. The shopping experience was easy.
Streamlined experience w/ plenty of choices. Glasses did not require adjustment after using tool on website.
Ordered glasses for a disabled family member; status indicated that it was stuck in production after 10 days. Contacted their customer service reps after struggling with their annoying AI bot interface each week for the next 3 weeks. Could not get anyone on the phone. Was promised action, acceleration and delivery via text each time. All lies. Canceled the order after waiting a month and receiving nothing. Spend your money elsewhere. This company is a clown car.

Customer service with Glasses USA is a joke. It's all digital you can't actually talk to anyone. Also they say 3 days for production I'm in day 9 and still nothing and I paid for expedited shipping. Won't order from them again if my glasses ever show up.

I ordered progressive's lenses I got bifocal, I got sunglasses instead of glasses
Answer: So far it's been a month and still NO glasses, or tracking info. Much longer than the seven to ten buisness days- in Still waiting.
Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.
Answer: Because they're dishonest. They stole $193 from me in store credit
Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
