Sent me a defective ecm. I returned it and its been about 4 mths now and they keep telling me it being taken care of. Be warned their lifetime warranty is trash. I have to file a claim with the bbb

Dealings with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. You wait on hold forever, then you get the runaround with the support group and then the accounts manager wont send any emails to advise you on any updates with your order. I waited 8 weeks and still no pcm. They canceled my order and returned my money without notifying me of any changes. Worst experience ever

I wanted to wait to write a review until I had a working unit but as I have now waited over 3 weeks to get any kind of response I am leaving it now. I ordered my ECM for my 01 Dodge 1500 and it came programmed completely wrong. After waiting over a month to even get the module I installed it and the truck started up but would not shift cruise control no longer worked. I had to manually shift gears just to go down the road. After speaking to the dealer and discovering that the module was programmed for a standard not an automatic I Tried to contact FS1 and the run around began. I sent emails that I never had a response to. I then called the company which was a complete nightmare. If you can get a hold of anyone at all it takes 30 minutes or more and then the person you get is from some call center and has no idea about your account. They tell you they will contact your account manager and they will contact you back with a resolution. That never happened. After 2 failed attempts on the phone I tried the live chat feature on their site. Same thing I was told the account manager would resolve the issue and I even chatted with someone that said she was my account manager and still no RMA no offer of refund or replacement. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else. This company has the worst customer service I have ever received and months after ordering my ECM my truck still does not run right and they have not even attempted to correct their error.

Worst Company Ever

I've never been so dissatisfied with a company. My order took four weeks to ship but FS1 charged my credit card immediately. FS1 was horrible on the phone and would never commit to when my order would ship. When it finally arrived it was installed and the check engine light activated within 200' of the shop. All the same codes showed up and the transmission went into limp mode. I asked the company for a return authorization and its been 5 weeks with no return number or email. I've talked to them three times and still nothing. Due to the incompetentcy of FS1 I have been without my Jeep for over two months and they had my $825 and I had a worthless product. I finally disputed the charge to my card and received a credit from my credit card company. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company. They are crooks.

Worst customer service ever.

I order a PCM after 14 days without news I emailed them, call them and use the chat. I wasn't able to get a date for the shipping. On the 15nd day, I was able to get a answer from them: The item isn't ship wet. A this point I asked for a refund. They told me: You will revived a refund confirmation by email. On the 18nd day, I filled a paypal complain. And on the same day, the ship the PCM...

NERVER PURCHASE FROM THEM!

DOESN'T DELIVER ON TIME

I ORDER IT ON MAY 26 ******* IS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE BY JUNE 1 THEY KEPT SEND EMAIL DELAY 2 DAYS X 4 TIMES AND I TRY TO CALL THEM AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN I CAN RECEIVE THE COMPUTER THEY WILL HAVE MANAGER CONTACT ME WHICH I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CALL BACK AT ALL.
FINALLY I HAVE TO FILES A EBAY RESOLUTION TO GET IT SHIP TO ME ON JUNE 15

I bought a PCU/ECU which ever you want to call the item. It lasted 6 months before the PCU. The car is dying once again and this stupid company wants me to send the PCCU back to them before they will send me a new PCU. You can see that the receipt states unlimited warranty. I would suggest that you buy from another company. This company sells crap equipment. Six months is not very long for this issue to start again.

They always say an account manager will call you back. That is a joke. Say yourself a headache, spend a little more money and order from a real company. My opinion, this company is a scam. Still haven't received my product or heard back from the account manager.

Ordered a pcm for my jeep on the 13th and it was expected to be delivered on the 22nd. Finally arrived on the 27. Ripped the old one out and put the new one in an hour before work and it worked great.

After receiving a replacement for the wrong part they sent me the same wrong part again. Tried to return the part and nobody would call me or email me after they said they would. I tried over a month to return the wrong part after complaining for a month I finally got approved for a return. Mailed out the part back with tracking it has been two months and never received my money. Had to file a pay pal complaint to return funds. To this date have not received anything from the company regarding my return. (total days wasted with this company 4 months) SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I order a car part paid $ 153.29 from: fs1inc ebay order number 19-0515-******* Engine Computer Programmed Plug&Play 2014 Jeep Patriot 2.0L PCM ECM ECU #*******819 on 05/11/2020, the seller then told me the part is incorrect if I wanted the correct one it will be an additional $61.30 I when ahead and paid that amount on 05/20/2020. Got the part unfortunately the part didn't work I when ahead and send it back. The seller gave me a refund on 06/06/2020 in the amount of $ 153.29 TILL THIS DAY I'M FIGTHING WITH HIM AND PAYPAL TO REFUND ME THE ADDITIONAL $ 61.30

Worst company ever

I ordered an ecu from this company not thinking it would be any problem. I got an email one week after saying "we apologize that your product hasn't been shipped yet, it will be shipped in 1-2 business days". Exactly one week later I received the same email so I tried to call 7 times and left 3 voicemails within 4 days and got no answer or response. Another week after the last email I got the same email again! A couple days later I do finally I got through on the phone and the said the exact same thing as the email "Will be shipped in 1-2 business days". I asked to cancel the order and get a refund and they told me "We can't give you the full refund due to us spending time trying to program your ecu". I explained that's like going to a restaurant, not getting served but still giving a tip. After our back and forth conversation and not accepting a partial refund l, they finally agreed to give me the full refund. I don't even recommend this company to people I hate.

Ordered a computer 3 months ago and have yet to get a refund. Every time you call to speak to someone to handle any issue they ask to email you or call you back. We have called 4x and have yet to speak to anyone who can help. Each time we have been told an account manager will call us back and we have NEVER received a call back. Do not do business with this company!

Been over 1 month since I put my order and still haven't anything they keep sending me emails that it will ship in 2 days so far 4 emails. I would had never ordered if it was going to take this long. They said they have it in stock. Dont waste your time and money on this company so many fake reviews

Bad news stay away!

Paid $350 for a pcm 2months ago never received it. They keep sending me a bogus tracking number
They advertise the item as available and ready to ship on google, don't believe them.
They will lie to your face.
